The key is included and all the internal green baize is in good condition. The base of the box is also covered with green baize. All the internal compartments are clean and undamaged. This very nice Writing Slope in Burr Walnut with Brass Fittings is in generally good condition for it's age. It has a secret compartment as shown in the photos. A quite small amount of work would make this Slope a very desirable item. There is a very small piece of brass strip missing left of the centre brass square on top of the lid, and some minor cracks in the case as shown in the photos, also the key is missing.
