I have owned Jordan for 4 year and in that time have had a lot of fun with him. Here is Joey! Joey is a 17.2 Thoroughbred Gelding (Haleiwa Joe- IRE) DOB: . Sire Kahtan and dam Commanche View Joey is a really lovable Fourteen Y/O Thoroughbred Gelding who loves attention. He will wander round the field with you and will happily come to call. Joey does love a good groom but can be awkward with picking up his legs to pick out his hooves. In his previous home Joey hadn't been hacked out that much so with me he really has progressed a lot in that department and benefits from being with horses who are good on the roads. Joey has mainly only consistently spooked at grids in the road. All he needs is a reassuring voice and a kick along and he will go. He can be nappy but is never nasty, just very nervous. All he needs is a steady hand to guide him along! I really do love this horse with all my heart but just don't have the time he needs or facilities to progress with him and ideally he needs a school. Joey is confident with walking through water, jumping jogs and poles and opening and closing gates. Joey is happy to work in the school and does so in a nice outline. He has very nice paces and a very comfortable canter! Joey is fit and healthy and is up to date with all Vaccinations/teeth/shoeing and worming. Lovely genuine all rounder type. Done RC activities (and side saddle) with previous owner, with me he has been hacking and discovered a bit of dressage! He has been hacked mostly in company, just because that's the way it's worked out, he does hack alone but just not quite as confident, but nothing a bit of practise wouldn't solve. Not nappy, doesn't buck or rear. Very kind mannerly boy. Good in traffic, box, travel, shoe, not keen on being clipped (we sedated, but it was his first time!) not a bad bone in this boy's body, his only 'bad point' (because no-one is perfect) is he does lack a bit of confidence but he does trust his rider and if you say it's ok it's ok.
