Safe and sane gorgeous Gelding for sale

Calm and gentle pony? Here we have for sale Lovely 14.2 rising 7yrs Ride and drive Cob Gelding. He is Super easy to care for, always waiting for his next instruction. Very soppy and loves affection. Would make a fabulous family pony. Brilliant with everything; to loads lorry or trailer, to bath, to groom, for the farrier etc. Loves to be fussed, groomed and loved. Comes running over when he see's you in the field. His Great in the field - no problem to catch. Currently lives out with a companion however is happy alone or In company. Been out with mares and geldings. Isn't bothered with new horses more interested in munching his grass. Worming, feet and teeth all up to date. Currently only bare foot and happy being so. His the type of horse who can be left out of work for 6months over winter, dragged in tacked up and ridden and he'll behave no differently to how he does to when his in work every day. Easy to tack up and is very forgiving. stands still for mounting, only moves off when his asked. He naturally works in a balanced outline throughout walk trot and canter. Due to previously being driven can sometimes run when asked for canter but once you've slowed him Down and asked again he knows what you want. His a very safe and very forgiving ride. However I don't want him going to a novice as I would like someone who further his ridden career. I've had him working over trotting poles and is proving a very quick learner. He hasn't ever been jumped due to not having a small enough knowledgeable rider to teach him. Good to hack alone or in company. Happy in front or behind. Does need a confident firm hand when alone or in front in a new area as he does like to have a stop and nose at everything however once you've hacked the same route 3/4 times it's the same old but for new routes just needs a confident hand to push him forward. He never does anything more than stops and looks. When behind it is just a case of head down and follows the horse in front. His never strong, spooky or silly! Very safe sensible pony. I am looking for a gelding between 15.3hh and 16.3hh, 5 to 11 years old. I am a competent but nervous rider, so would like a riding club horse with scope for Novice level eventing. He must be safe and sensible, but also have ability. Essential can hack alone and in company. But will require sole hacking at times, so a must to be able to go out alone. Ideally no vices, but if perfect in every other way, i.e. rideable and safe, am open minded to minor issues. Will be subject to a full 5 stage vetting. In return I’ll provide a 5* home, with full stabling facility, to be kept in over winter, membership of a local riding club, so regular exercised, with access to plentiful hacking in the country.
