Amazing one of a kind handmade modern dollshouse in 1/12 scale. This is truly unique and the only one of its kind. This is a large house and it comes with 11 rooms and two roof terraces. Splits into 2 sections for transport. The house has been wired and is fully lit. Some of the lights need attention. Furniture and accessories are not included in the sale The kitchen units are fixed in place and so are the bathroom fixings. House measurements are 143 cm wide x 54 cm deep x 94 cm high the house splits into two units and opens from the front. The lighting has been wired up using the copper tape method. There are some battery lights in the room on the very top of the house. Some of the lights in the centre of the house are temperamental, might be a loose connection somewhere. One of the living room lights has snapped off. The rest of the lighting is fine but could do with a bit of attention to make it perfect. It does look amazing when it is all lit off as the black acrylic panels are transparent when it is lit up. The front is covered with with paperclay and sculpted it to look like stone. Some of the metal railings around the roof terraces could do with fixing (re gluing). Please see pics for details. Heartbreaking sale of my beloved dolls house. I made this house for my daughter 4 years ago but she has no interest in it. She now wants to change her bedroom around and we simply have nowhere to put it! It's is stunning. Decorated and fully furnished, I put my heart and soul into this house. It's a real heirloom piece, and I never thought I would end up having to part with it. But it needs a pride of place and needs to be cherished so it has to go. I spent over £ in total on this house and was advised to insure it for £ but have priced it realistically. No offers please. The wiring for the lights has become disconnected but is easily fixed. Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof.
