Beautiful large Dolls House - heirloom/collectors piece

Heartbreaking sale of my beloved dolls house. I made this house for my daughter 4 years ago but she has no interest in it. She now wants to change her bedroom around and we simply have nowhere to put it! It's is stunning. Decorated and fully furnished, I put my heart and soul into this house. It's a real heirloom piece, and I never thought I would end up having to part with it. But it needs a pride of place and needs to be cherished so it has to go. I spent over £ in total on this house and was advised to insure it for £ but have priced it realistically. No offers please. The wiring for the lights has become disconnected but is easily fixed. I haven't done it as it's behind the house and I can't pull it out to get to it! Measures 3ft 2" wide, 4ft high and 32" deep on it's plinth. Many many more photos available on request. Unique ooak large modern collectors dolls house 1/12 scale

Amazing one of a kind handmade modern dollshouse in 1/12 scale. This is truly unique and the only one of its kind. This is a large house and it comes with 11 rooms and two roof terraces. Splits into 2 sections for transport. The house has been wired and is fully lit. Some of the lights need attention. Furniture and accessories are not included in the sale The kitchen units are fixed in place and so are the bathroom fixings. House measurements are 143 cm wide x 54 cm deep x 94 cm high the house splits into two units and opens from the front. The lighting has been wired up using the copper tape method. There are some battery lights in the room on the very top of the house. Some of the lights in the centre of the house are temperamental, might be a loose connection somewhere. One of the living room lights has snapped off. The rest of the lighting is fine but could do with a bit of attention to make it perfect. It does look amazing when it is all lit off as the black acrylic panels are transparent when it is lit up. The front is covered with with paperclay and sculpted it to look like stone. Some of the metal railings around the roof terraces could do with fixing (re gluing). Please see pics for details. The items included a garden set, with a bench and two chairs, window boxes and patio planters full of flowers, an ornamental topiary tree in pot, and a garden pond with a cat. Other sets for the interior of the dolls house comprise the following: spice jars on kitchen shelf; milk, butter, whisk, eggs and cookbook on kitchen shelf; crystal jars and soap on bathroom shelf with hanging hand-towel; two gold-framed mirrors, one round, one oval; wall clock; 6 framed pictures for hanging on the walls; a Christmas tree and hanging Christmas wreath; 2 oriental rugs; bathroom shelf with mug toothbrush, toothpaste, and two towels hanging beneath; and a feature fireplace.
