This is not a toy for young children, suitable from about 12 years as a hobby. 12th scale georgian style miniature dolls house, fully furnished and equipped

hi, what we have here is a gorgeous wooden dolls house in 12th scale miniature size. completely hand made from the beginning to the very end, it offers 4 fully furnished rooms and a gorgeous staircase with the carpet held down with the proper styled brass stair rods. it has a dining room all laid out with the fine china and proper amenities, we have a cook making the meal for the family while the butler is serving drinks. the bedroom is beautifully set out also as it would have been at the time, the sitting room is where the family currently sit in its beautiful setting. all the rooms and the staircase come with everything you would need in a house of that date, from a mouse in the cats mouth, pots and pans all set out, family pictures on the walls, fine china set out on the big dining table, the cook has all her food set out and stuff in the oven and they are all dressed to the Georgian style and there is much much more to see, it really is a beautiful house, in the attic there is space for you to add your own addition or you can leave it as it is. there is 6 dolls also. the house has been done to a very high standard and would do for a mature child or more commonly an adult. its a great conversation piece. the sizes are 37" high, 14" depth and it is 27" wide. all inches of course for people that don't know what the small dots are for next to the numbers. this house can only be collected so don't think about it too long, I think this one will go fast. viewings for all our different houses at home are available. thank you Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit

My partially assembled dolls house called "The Manor House"

For Sale. My partially assembled dolls house called "The Manor House" it was bought from the "Dolls House Emporium" many years ago in a kit form. I intended to assemble it for my wife, I have got the main carcase together but that is about it. See the photos. Everything is still there to be fitted, stairs windows doors etc.. Time seems to be flying by and I have lost the enthusiasm to do it. You will have to pretty well do the lot apart from the walls and floors. It is pretty big approx 3ft wide 3ft high and 18inches deep. There are a few extras such as wallpaper, flooring, electrics, glue will go with it but may not be to your liking It would make a nice little project for someone who has small grand children growing up, and is pretty handy with with their hands. 'Quick Style' means the house came already papered and painted on the outside, plus the stairs, banisters and internal doors were also already painted, so it has an excellent finish. There are 6 good sized rooms including two in the attic. The instruction book is included along with the remaining pieces that need to be assembled. FULLY FURNISHED DOLLS HOUSE

This beautiful dolls house sadly will not fit in my new house:!(This tasteful baby blue dolls house has been decorated inside and out and comes fully furnished. The lighting is also working however some of the bulbs need changing perhaps one or two. I have sat and calculated the cost for everything in the dolls house and it costed £700 for me altogether so you really are getting a bargain and the perfect starter for anyone new to the hobby! If you require anymore photos then please let me know! They are a slight mark on the corner of the house from moving it however as you can see from the photos it is barely visible.
