Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof. 'Quick Style' means the house came already papered and painted on the outside, plus the stairs, banisters and internal doors were also already painted, so it has an excellent finish. There are 6 good sized rooms including two in the attic. The instruction book is included along with the remaining pieces that need to be assembled. This house would be ideal for anyone who wants to do their own decorating as all the rooms bar one are yet to be worked on. The bottom right hand room has been papered but that's all. This was going to be my tea rooms but i since purchased the Jenny Wrens i dont have room for both sadly. This caught my eye as never seen one the same. I love one offs!! The front opens up to a lovely bay window and a big room. Ive removed the stairs as was going to add false doors to create more space.
