Cob Gelding, Rising 3 Years Old

Diego is a lovely natured black cob gelding, currently standing at 12.3hh and should mature to 13.2hh. He is rising 3 years old and is the most easy going, placid youngster I've ever known. You can do anything with him. He's not even fazed by big plastic shavings bags being flapped all over him! He will happily stand all day to be fussed over and brushed, he just loves attention. He picks up all 4 feet and is fine to bath. Doesn't bite or kick. He leads around easily, loves going for walks and is good to box and travel. Has been led out on roads and he's not bothered about cars or farm machinery. Will live in or out, he loves his stable but also grazes out in a mixed herd where he's not dominant at all, in fact he's a bit of a wimp in the field! He will make a cracking kids pony when broken, give him 18 months and he will be a stunner. I know that the first person to see him will fall in love, he's got the most amazingly kind temperament. She can be more on the lazy side when being ridden so is more suited to the rider that prefers a ride that needs firm encouragement rather than something that needs holding back. She is set to make a fabulous all-rounder although she is still learning with aspects of jumping but has shown great scope and willingness to try. She is great to hack due to being so calm traffic and ‘scary’ things don’t bother her. She is currently on working livery at Northop College equine centre, where she is used by students of ranging abilities and she has become a firm favourite due to her lovely personality and sweet, honest nature. She was also used for the recent riding and road safety British horse society exam at the college because she can be relied upon to behave in traffic.
