Rising 6 year old Cob X Gelding regrettably for sale. Not measured recently but hadn't quite reached 15hh on last measuring. We've been working on breaking him in and he's been lightly backed but turned away for the last 3 months. Cob Gelding, Rising 3 Years Old

Diego is a lovely natured black cob gelding, currently standing at 12.3hh and should mature to 13.2hh. He is rising 3 years old and is the most easy going, placid youngster I've ever known. You can do anything with him. He's not even fazed by big plastic shavings bags being flapped all over him! He will happily stand all day to be fussed over and brushed, he just loves attention. He picks up all 4 feet and is fine to bath. Doesn't bite or kick. He leads around easily, loves going for walks and is good to box and travel. Has been led out on roads and he's not bothered about cars or farm machinery. Will live in or out, he loves his stable but also grazes out in a mixed herd where he's not dominant at all, in fact he's a bit of a wimp in the field! He will make a cracking kids pony when broken, give him 18 months and he will be a stunner. I know that the first person to see him will fall in love, he's got the most amazingly kind temperament. Sad sale of Black Jack my LW cob cross. Jack is an amazing hack whether first or last, in company or alone. He will go past tractors, motor bikes, cyclists and is sane on the beach/open spaces. Jack is great to school and learns quickly. He rides a good test and could go far with somebody who wanted to specify in this sphere. Jack is still quite green jumping and is not a novice ride due to this. Great to shoe, load and travel and will stand next to the trailer patiently. He can be difficult to clip but is still manageable without sedation. He would benefit from a confident handler.
