Rising 6 year old Cob X Gelding regrettably for sale. Not measured recently but hadn't quite reached 15hh on last measuring. We've been working on breaking him in and he's been lightly backed but turned away for the last 3 months. Has slight trust issues so it won't be a case of just jumping on him and going, he will need time and effort spent on him. Very loving and friendly once you've gained his trust. 5 rising 6 year old 15.2 gelding for share Brackley

Steel is a 5 year old 15.2 (approx) Cob cross looking for someone to share him with me. Unfortunately I'm struggling with time and finances and so am looking for someone to come and ride 3/4 times a week for a negotiable contribution of around £35 a week. I'm easy going as to any other help you can give, I.e, mucking out etc. Now for steel! He's a very genuine horse, but unfortunately is still quite green. He will do pretty much everything you ask of him, he hacks out in company or alone (can sometimes need encouragement past the scary stuff!) he schools quite sweetly, albeit like a baby who is still quite weak and will also pop a fence. We have lots of hacking straight off the yard along with a lovely big school and plenty of help and advice from experienced people on site if you ever need it. I'm quite happy for him to be getting out and doing things with the right person, he loads fine in both a trailer or lorry and would be thrilled to go to parties of all sorts! Lovely 14.2 cob cross coloured 8 year old gelding

We have had Felix for 2 years now. He is a lovely allrounder and has done a bit of everything with us. He has done some fun rides, show jumping, lessons, cross country, lots of hacking, beach rides and schooling. He doesn’t have any vices, is easy to load, shoe, good to catch, hacks in front or behind, alone or in company and is never too strong. He is not in any way fizzy and would suit either a happy hacker, mother/daughter share or somebody who wants to have fun on an allrounder. He can work nicely on the bit and has nice paces for a cob. He is excellent in all traffic including big tractors and lorries. He is a very honest jumper and will help you out off any stride. He rarely refuses a jump. He could progress a lot more in all 3 phases as we haven’t had much time to do things with him due to school commitments and a busy family life. He would make a great pony/riding club eventer. Cob Gelding, Rising 3 Years Old

Diego is a lovely natured black cob gelding, currently standing at 12.3hh and should mature to 13.2hh. He is rising 3 years old and is the most easy going, placid youngster I've ever known. You can do anything with him. He's not even fazed by big plastic shavings bags being flapped all over him! He will happily stand all day to be fussed over and brushed, he just loves attention. He picks up all 4 feet and is fine to bath. Doesn't bite or kick. He leads around easily, loves going for walks and is good to box and travel. Has been led out on roads and he's not bothered about cars or farm machinery. Will live in or out, he loves his stable but also grazes out in a mixed herd where he's not dominant at all, in fact he's a bit of a wimp in the field! He will make a cracking kids pony when broken, give him 18 months and he will be a stunner. I know that the first person to see him will fall in love, he's got the most amazingly kind temperament. 6 year old 13hh Fell cross gelding - Companion/Project

I am offering for sale my 6 year old fell cross gelding. Bertie was bought as a companion 3 years ago for company for my injured horse who needed a quiet life. Over the 3 years with us he has been a companion for different horses. He will turn out with any horse or pony and is no trouble at all. He is good to do, lives out all year round although we do rug and hard feed him in winter. He is never sick or sorry, good to do in all ways but does prefer a sensitive person as he can be quite nervy. He will stay alone in field or stable and is not remotely bothered if another horse is taken away from him. We backed and broke Bertie 2 years ago. He is extremely sharp, requires an experienced rider. he was ridden away for around 3 months but due to time commitments i could not continue his education and he hasn't been ridden since. With 3 other ponies all in work we do not have the time to bring him back into work now. We have taken Bertie to a couple of in hand shows where he has always been in the ribbons! He will happily stand on the trailer all day, just enjoys being out. I am selling as a companion due to how sharp he can be ridden. I would not recommend him for a child, due to being nervy I am open to sensible offer because of the negative points above.
