10 year old TB 16'2 TB Gelding

10 year old 16'2 TB Gelding. We have owned Felix for just over a year and have come to the conclusion that he needs a home that has more time for him. He has come a long way since we brought him but needs more work and we just don't have the time. He schools beautifully the way he carries himself is delightful he has three lovely paces and has a lovely fluid movement, I could imagine him doing a very nice dressage test. We have never taken him out competing and apart from popping him over a little jump in our school he hasn't done any jumping since we have owned him so can't really comment on his jumping ability. We are definitely what you would call a happy hacking home so haven’t taken him to shows. He is best when ridden frequently although last weekend we rode for the first time in 3 months and hacked on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday he was excited and it took longer than usual to tack him up and as soon as my husbands bottom was in the saddle he was jogging up the road! He jogged around and was generally very excitable so we only did road work. On the Sunday he was like a totally different horse, stood quietly to be tacked up, easy to mount and was cool as a cucumber so we went out for a good 2 hours and had 3 canters and a gallop. It was very pleasant hack. My husband and I mainly hack together which Felix does prefer but he has hacked alone and if he did it more I am sure he would settle much more quickly. We hack down fairly busy roads and he is fine, he does very occasionally do excited little bucks, not in nasty 'I am going to throw you off way' just I am excited and I want to go. Where he needs the most work still is on the ground he has a nervous disposition and will need a patient owner who has time to gain his trust. He isn’t at all nasty and does have stable manners he just gets nervous. We clipped him this weekend and we do it in stages so it takes 2 days rather than a few hours. He will stand to be groomed for 20 minutes and then gets fidgety, he takes longer than you average horse to tack up, nothing at all nasty he just has trust issues. He loads fine in either a box or trailer but doesn't like travelling alone, we tend to load him last and then out first to try and keep his mood as calm as possible. He can't be left in a field by himself or left on the yard by himself. He is good for the farrier and has never been lame or had any health problems. Up to date with jabs. windsor 8 year old 15.2 bay gelding TB a sweet kind gent in

This is such a sad sale of my daughters horse and she is heart broken to see him go, but she must put her A levels first and she just doesn't have the time for him at the moment he's just sat in the field getting fat. We first brought windsor for my son two years ago and he has taken him out on many group rides and some hunting, where he was very well behaved in just a snaffle. Before we had him he had hunted for two seasons with the TSH but sadly he just was not enough of a challenge for our Son so we passed him on to our daughter who at the time had just got her confidence back ridding a steady cob. Windsor was kind enough to put up with nerves and has taken her from strength to strength, they have both learnt to do some small jumps and a bit of school work although they are both green in this area, he takes everything in his stride. I would say that windsor is a mother daughter share/or a lovely ladies hunter he has excellent stable manners a dream to clip/box/wash/lead/catch he will always come to you to see if you have any goodies in the field. Well mannered 14.2 hh 5 year old Cob X in Norwich

Sadly I do not have enough time to ride all my horses so having to sell one. He is very sweet and has been a very hard decision as he's the family favorite due to his chilled and loving nature. He was broken late in September through no fault of his own and has never put a foot wrong. He has never bucked, reared, bolted. He has been hacking a couple of times and been so chilled he even gave my 8 year old a lead past something scary. He was well mannered and happy to go in front or behind. He is established in walk and trot, but needs bringing on in canter. He is popping a course of small x poles nicely and takes every thing in his stride. He is still green so would not suit a novice, but with more experience he could be any ones ride. He stands like a rock to mount and groom etc. I have only boxed him once and he went straight on and travelled superbly. He is easy with vet and farrier and good to catch etc.He is completely vice less and happy to live in or out and gets on easily with my other horses and dogs. He is up to date with worming, teeth and flu and tet jabs.

We have had Felix for 2 years now. He is a lovely allrounder and has done a bit of everything with us. He has done some fun rides, show jumping, lessons, cross country, lots of hacking, beach rides and schooling. Cob Gelding, Rising 3 Years Old

Diego is a lovely natured black cob gelding, currently standing at 12.3hh and should mature to 13.2hh. He is rising 3 years old and is the most easy going, placid youngster I've ever known. You can do anything with him. He's not even fazed by big plastic shavings bags being flapped all over him! He will happily stand all day to be fussed over and brushed, he just loves attention. He picks up all 4 feet and is fine to bath. Doesn't bite or kick. He leads around easily, loves going for walks and is good to box and travel. Has been led out on roads and he's not bothered about cars or farm machinery. Will live in or out, he loves his stable but also grazes out in a mixed herd where he's not dominant at all, in fact he's a bit of a wimp in the field! He will make a cracking kids pony when broken, give him 18 months and he will be a stunner. I know that the first person to see him will fall in love, he's got the most amazingly kind temperament. Alfie 15.2hh Fresian x TB between 5-7years old Dark brown/black Alfie is for sale as a project as he was advertised as a riding and quiet and was only unsuitable for novices because he was earshy but unfortunately that was not true. Alfie's good points: He is a beautiful boy with lovely paces, as seen through lunging. He can be very gentle in the stable and loves a cuddle Loves to be groomed and pampered Has great prospect with the right home He is a lovely character and really wants to try and please and be gentle Alfies riding history: When viewing Alfie, excuses were made about a saddle not being available and so on, so I did not see him ridden. But I was shown pictures and a very short video. When trying to ride him at current yard, he wouldn't stand at the mountain block and when getting on, I was barely in the saddle before he bolted off and bronced me off. This happened another time before I got a second opinion and it was found that at the time he had sore back but since then he has had his teeth, back, tack and feet checked and he is sound. I haven't however tried to ride him as he has shattered my confidence. Other information: Alfie can be very strong and will take advantage sometimes. He is very spooky and wary of his surroundings. He has seperation anxiety and will act up if left alone in a field or if he can not see other horses. Alfie needs an experienced, knowledgeable, forever home with someone who can give him the time, patience and dedication to take him right back to basics. It was thought that the problems that Alfie has, has been through his previous homes. Since being injured from being thrown off and just not having the knowledge, I cannot give him the home he needs. This is a fell x cob little character free to good home. At the moment my mares are getting into season and its rather too exciting for this fantastic colt - hence trying to re-home he quickly.
