Reluctantly for sale: 14.2 few spot Appaloosa X Arab x Haflinger gelding. Tomska is rising 7 years old. He was backed slowly two years ago, he has not been worked for about a year so will need restarting however this should be very easy as he is incredibly intelligent and a very quick learner. He was backed western and this seems to suit him perfectly as he is very sensitive. He is ridden bitless and he works perfectly and happily like this. Barbie, 14.2h. Haflinger, 13 yrs, Mare - Hertfordshire

Barbie is a straight forward ride, she’s forward going and likes to please however her schooling is a work in progress. She hacks alone and in company, loves to jump and is safe and sensible in the school – has been ridden by all ages. Has seen busy roads and open countryside, just needs a confident rider in case she isn’t sure of something. Would suit a confident older child/teen or small adult to have a lot of fun with. Barbie does have arthritis in her hocks however this doesn’t stop her doing anything, she just needs physio every six months or so as she stiffens up. She has in the past bolted if horses she is with on a hack also run off (hasn’t done this for over 2 years now). She can also be strong if she’s excited, usually when jumping. Due to these things she isn’t suitable for a novice home. She is stabled at night and turned out individually or with one other (she’s a dominant mare that needs stability – can’t be in constantly changing herds). Has good manners on the ground and has been handled by children and adults without issue. The easiest way to describe Barbie is as a big dog; she loves attention, she wants to please and she will happily follow you around all day. To stay within SE England/Home Counties. Solo is a 14.2hh Halflinger gelding. He has been professionally broken and schooled, but been out of work for almost a year due to lack of time, he was always responsive to vice commands and an easy ride, always the same regardless of how often he was ridden. Solo is a big lovable character, good with children, dogs, farrier and although it's been a while, good to load. Frankly I have been happy to just care for him over the last year, but I've just lost my grazing and at very short notice. I'm looking for a good home for this lad, he deserves it. Details about   Black Synthetic Wintec Wide Cob / Haflinger

You are looking at my Black Wintec wide cob/Haflinger saddle. It is a 17" and has the Cair panel system. It also benefits from the faux suede knee panels. The 4 girth straps show minimum use with no cracks or tears. As this is the wide saddle, it has the extra wide gullets, lilac, mauve and purple. The purple (the widest) is inserted and I will include the others as well, so it's ready to go. I will also be including the Wintec saddle cover. This has been a great saddle to ride in, lovely and comfy and super easy to clean. I had this for my youngster until he had stopped growing and I really wouldn't be changing but we have now invested in a made to measure saddle for him, as he is a very roly poly cob!  This saddle is used and does show signs of wear, it's not immaculate but has no dents or scratches, just riding signs. The gullets have paint flaking and a little rust but they are still useable and not on display so does not effect use and is only cosmetic. Postage will be via a courier or collection from Capel le Ferne, Kent is welcome. Cash on collection.
