Fender Bassman 500WATT bass amplifier

I am selling a 4 month old Fender Bassman 500W head with a Fender Rumble Bass Cabinet 115. This is a fantastic lightweight and superb sounding amplifier for all genre and style of bassist. The amp head has 2 channels with a wide variety of tones available. The amp is a hybrid which uses both valve and solid state so this gives you a great variety of tone that will suit any style of music. The amp head retails at around £840 and the cabinet retails at around £360. I would like to sell both head and cabinet for £ ONO as I have only used this amp in my bedroom and at two gigs. The cabinet has an 8ohm resistance and brings the 500 watts down to around 350 watts but still kicks loud enough for most large venues. But this will never be a problem as you have an additional DI output to send a signal to the sound engineer etc. Pick Up or potential meet half way with fuel payment. (Yorkshire area) The items as you can see from the photos are in as new condition and comes with a Fender amp head cover and is also on wheels for easy movement. Fender USA Machete 50W All Valve Head

A fantastic 50W all valve USA Fender head. The Machete range was a bit of a departure from Fender's usual offerings being a high-performance, high-end amp packed full of features which was aimed at the likes of Mesa. Retailing at around £ when released they are monster amps that are incredibly flexible. Channel one has a beautiful clean tone but, with its own gain control, can give some really great 'just breaking up' pushed tones and with the (footswitchable) gain boost engaged there's a really great Marshall-esque crunch. Channel two is capable of much higher levels of gain than you'd expect from a Fender! There's lots of smooth distortion with lots of harmonics available and with an active EQ section the tone controls are really effective. Lots of other features including footswitchable digital reverb, footswitchable series effects loop, MIDI controllable and XLR line out with speaker emulation if it is going to the PA. So I bought this brand new on a bit of a whim but to be honest has only had 4 or 5 hours use, has never left the house so is immaculate. As I'm not gigging at the moment I can't justify having two amps so it has to go. Absolute bargain at £550! Any questions ask away. Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit
