5m bell tent 450gsm heavy durable canvas with woodburner stove heating

Hi, we are selling our fantastic roomy, wind and weather proof tent as kids are older and are no longer holidaying with us. We've had the tent 6 years from new and it's fab. I fitted the stove when tent was new and it's a brilliant addition making life much more pleasant (the swedish military use it in the arctic!). I have just painted it with bbq paint as I do every season and it's like new. The tent itself has a few stains from mud, rust from the stove, etc, but shrugs the weather off with ease. Wind, rain, etc are no match for it, you're always cosy with the stove on. The tent is from Canvas and Cast and the canvas is thicker and heavier than is available in any other bell tents I have seen. With it raining heavily you can wipe your hand hard across the inside of the tent and it will NOT come through, GUARANTEED. The tent pegs are literally made from bent concrete reinforcement rods and are indestructible, the guy lines are chunky and extremely strong,the tent came with a metal middle pole but had the option of an authentic wooden pole so we actually have both types, groundsheet is separate and again very thick and durable. The whole thing is built to last and I have seen a lot of bell tents, but nothing beats it. When on uneven ground I have made 4 wooden supports for the guy lines to keep the tent itself off the grass, only the tuck under flaps should be touching the grass. We have had 5 camp beds, two kitchen units, stove, table for prep and storage, a gas fridge, logs, etc, all in the tent, and because it comes with a substantial porch and sail, if wind direction changes or you want some privacy, just reconfigure the setup and it's done. The porch is large enough to cook and eat under and has been invaluable. We like to sit under the porch when the sun goes down with a drink in hand. It's also great for really hot weather too - meaning you can sit outside in the shade. Easy to put up and down (my wife and I manage it easily) and all packs away into 2 matching bags. The stove flue sections pack neatly into the stove itself and is light to carry. We commissioned it for our street food business in August (to create our own charcoal for a pit BBQ!) and used it only a handful of times before we found a high-quality charcoal supplier, which saves us a lot of work! Windy Smithy are one of the best stove makers in Britain - their revolutionary vent system allows for instant control of the air intake, which combined with an airtight door and dual airflow allows logs to be burned with remarkable efficiency. Used Karma canvas bell tent 4m for a quick sale, tent comes with a thick zipped in UPVC ground sheet, wooden pegs and mallet and carry bags. The tent is in good condition with no tears in the main fabric or ground sheet, slight pull on the fly sheet doors which is to be expected but does not affect the effectiveness of the fly sheet doors. Would need a clean outside next summer before use again. The tent is currently pitched for buyers to see and we will help collapse the tent for transportation. Ideally you will have a place to dry the canvass out before packing away for the winter and the ground sheet will need jet washing on the bottom, this just needs wiping dry before storing for the winter. This is a great tent and we have kept it pitched from spring to autumn and pretty much used it as an outside spare room and kids party/sleep over summer house. The fabric on the outside can start to show spot marks towards the end of the season and grass marks around the base fabric but we have successfully jet washed these off at the beginning of the season and let the sun bleach these out, if you want to avoid this then don't keep it pitched for as long. Hello! This is an amazing bell tent. I have only used it 5 times. New it's worth £449 this is where I bought it from the camping & canvas website. Damage: there are a few small mold patches which have been cleaned The centre pole is detached in the middle but still slots in so it's still perfectly usable. Sorry it's a bit hard to explain. I also have separately a chandelier for inside the tent, amazing. the tea light holders are glass and so a few are broken but I'll throw that in for free.
