Beautiful 4 metre canvas traditional bell tent made to order by renowned tent manufacturer, BCT Bradford. Complete and includes a spare wooden centre pole, groundsheet, wooden mallet and wooden pegs. I'll even throw in the bunting! Only used once for camping and a few times for summer parties. Couple of small character marks on roof where a bit of Norfolk coast campsite mud stowed away but nothing a bit of elbow grease won't solve. Sad to see go but we just don't use it enough. I did a load of research when getting this and went for a Belgium brand canvas and camp that has a thicker canvas and other quality features that aren't found on some bell tents. The tent has a very large floor area and can sleep up to ten to twelve adults. This really is a fantastic high specification expensive bell tent. Cost over £600 new. Very easy to erect. I have only used it twice since new as can never seem to find the time to get away, hence the reason for selling. A small area of marking on the rear of the tent from use, nothing unsightly or that affects the use of the tent. I will take some canvas cleaner to it if it stops raining. Reluctant sale of my beloved Bell tent, selling due to going travelling. I bought this tent last summer from Bell Tent UK RRP £329 but selling for the bargain price of £250. This is a 3m bell tent which is the perfect size for 2 people, is lighter to carry than a 4/5m bell tent and it doesnt have a centre pole so there is still plenty of room to fit in a double air mattress or 2 singles. 100% canvas meaning it stays cold in summer but keeps warm in winter, and for those extra hot days the sides roll up to allow air in which is lovely in the heat of the summer. This is the real deal that has the look and feel of a recently mown lawn. I'm selling it here for about half the price you would pay at a retail outlet. You WILL find cheaper grass in some stores but you won't find this quality anywhere for this price. It is 25mm pile height which is the height after a standard mow. you don't need it to be any longer as it will just look like it needs cutting! Many happy, satisfied customers. I supply the grass ONLY but I can put you in touch with a landscape gardener who can install it. He is a member of the Association of Landscape Gardeners and as such he will only install the grass in accordance with industry standard procedures. Again, there are many people out there who will do the job for a very cheap rate. But they don't always comply with industry standards. I have heard of cases where the installer has laid the grass directly over an existing lawn without any ground preparation at all. This is not recommended.
