Adorable Vintage 's Leather Canvas Brown Suitcase Trunk Here we have an original vintage brown striped canvas and leather suitcase trunk. The brass coloured fasteners are in working order and shut securely. It has a thick brown metal handle securely attached. The interior retains the original lining in used condition. On the front exterior of the suitcase there is stamped the owners name and initials, CFN, G.F. GUNN. It has a thick brown leather trim protector. A fine example of a piece of real vintage luggage. Vintage Authentic Suitcase/Trunk, Gem of a find this authentic Vintage suitcase / trunk has come ti light from clearing our loft. The 's Birch Ply & Ash Banding trim was used by my family upon emigration to Canada in . It bears authentic Queen Elizabeth - Cunard Shipping Labels as the photo's reveal.Overall condition of the case is sound being free from woodworm etc however it would benefit from cleaning or possibly restoring. The two closing clips are in working order but suffer from oxidation as do the corner safety bands. The leather tieing strap and handle are missing.
