Vintage Authentic Suitcase/Trunk, Gem of a find this authentic Vintage suitcase / trunk has come ti light from clearing our loft. The 's Birch Ply & Ash Banding trim was used by my family upon emigration to Canada in . It bears authentic Queen Elizabeth - Cunard Shipping Labels as the photo's reveal.Overall condition of the case is sound being free from woodworm etc however it would benefit from cleaning or possibly restoring. The two closing clips are in working order but suffer from oxidation as do the corner safety bands. The leather tieing strap and handle are missing. The case measures 27" X 17" X 10" Cases like this are sought after by collectors and frequently used as props in the stage and film industry. Adorable Vintage 's Leather Canvas Brown Suitcase Trunk Here we have an original vintage brown striped canvas and leather suitcase trunk. The brass coloured fasteners are in working order and shut securely. It has a thick brown metal handle securely attached. The interior retains the original lining in used condition. On the front exterior of the suitcase there is stamped the owners name and initials, CFN, G.F. GUNN. It has a thick brown leather trim protector. A fine example of a piece of real vintage luggage. Vintage green wood banded trunk suitcase - coffee table,

This gorgeous vintage green trunk has two locks which close, although they are rusty (no keys). The wood bands are intact and there are brass corner protectors on the bands. The handle is metal and is good but with rust. It is initialled S.A.Sturge. Some wear and tear on the outside, the inside has the original lining with a few tears but overall it is in good vintage worn condition considering its age (probably 40s/50s if not earlier). Please look at the photos for close ups of its condition. This will make a great coffee table, use in a stack or for storage. It weighs 6 kgs when empty and is a good sturdy trunk suitcase. This is in completely original condition so has some dents and marks that all add to its character, full of life and history.
