I did have it working about 20 years ago but it will need stripping down and cleaning again now if you want it turning, if not it makes a great garden feature. Medieval crossbow with windlass in Hinckley

Here is my medieval crossbow the tiller is sold oak with lovely tiger stripes on grain, it has a spring steel prod that pulls at 700lbs it's had a Dacron string fitted as linen one over stretched, also steel bow irons and stirrup release nut and trigger, comes with windlass to load her as there is no chance with the power even the strongest could load her, brought from a friend who sadly passed 3 years ago I paid £ he brought it from torm show he told me for more I have the proper 1/2 inch bolts it fires what will give to buyer just letting all my man toys go as I don't use them anymore have other medieval crossbows I'm selling on my other ads open to close offers but no silly ones, any questions call me thanks
