13.2hh 13 year old Welsh Section C mare reluctantly for sale. This much loved pony has done everything! Pony club camps and rallies, fun rides, one day events, showing (has won most M&M classes she enters!) etc etc. She is absolutely bombproof in traffic even with the biggest and noisiest of lorries -not phased at all by farm machinery, dogs, chickens, cows, small children etc. Will hack alone and in company, never nappy. Perfect to shoe, box in any size vehicle, clip, trim, feed, handle, tack up, with the vet. No need for sedation for anything. Can turn out alone or with mares or geldings, never nasty or mareish at all (it is very difficult to actually tell if she is in season as she never changes personality!). Will go through water happily and out in gale force winds without batting an eyelid. She is only for sale to 5* home -no dealers or novices as she is STRONG and can be forward going at times. Quick sale needed hence price We brought Ace to bring on and do jumping however it has become apparent that she has sweet itch. I cannot provide her with the care she deserves whilst here as I have hedges, long grass, 6 springs and a pond with no shelters. I have put a fly rug on her and it calmed her down but she needs someone who experienced with sweet itch. We have been riding her bitless walk and trot and she as been easy other than wanting to nap sometimes. It doesn't take much gentle persuasion to get her going. She has never bolted reared or bucked with me. The previous owner said she rode her out front and last across fields. My knowledge is somewhat limited on her so I welcome someone to come see her 100 times if they want to. She was backed late in life so needs her education with someone who would like a project. Good to worm, load, catch, trim. No malice in this mare at all. Registered with Welsh pony society. FOREVER HOME ONLY and horses welfare is my priority. I have for sale my 11year old typical chestnut mare. She will hack alone or in company. She is forward going. Currently ridden by an adult. Rode by a novice teen in the menage. She is excellent to clip and shoe. Treats are needed during summer months to catch. She loves schooling work and has potential for dressage but she is wasted by me as I just want to hack. Used to heavy traffic, lorries, motorbikes etc but can spook at tiny things. She doesnt rear or buck. She is up to date with vaccs, teeth. She is a typical chestnut mare and she can kick out at other horses whilst ridden or tied up(mainly when tied up). You need to be experienced with these types of mares or she will take advantage. I generally believe and have been told she has dressage potential and I also think with the right owner she could become a lovely all-rounder. Beautiful Welsh A chestnut mare 11.2hh 7 years

Stunning pony with lovely friendly personality. hh. Has been shown in the past and trots beautifully. A perfect lead rein pony and easy to handle on the ground by small children. Barefoot and living out unrugged. No sweetitch, laminitis, no biting or kicking. She takes a bit and is happy to wear a bridle but we have only used her on a lead rein. She will happily follow another horse and be lead from it. Bought as a companion for daughters mare but mare is now up for sale so longer needed. Good home essential as she is a sweetie.
