I have for sale my 11year old typical chestnut mare. She will hack alone or in company. She is forward going. Currently ridden by an adult. Rode by a novice teen in the menage. She is excellent to clip and shoe. Treats are needed during summer months to catch. She loves schooling work and has potential for dressage but she is wasted by me as I just want to hack. Used to heavy traffic, lorries, motorbikes etc but can spook at tiny things. She doesnt rear or buck. She is up to date with vaccs, teeth. She is a typical chestnut mare and she can kick out at other horses whilst ridden or tied up(mainly when tied up). You need to be experienced with these types of mares or she will take advantage. I generally believe and have been told she has dressage potential and I also think with the right owner she could become a lovely all-rounder. Rosie has been with us since weaning but sadly now outgrown and ready to go on and share her life with a new loving family. Rosie is great on or off lead rein. Stands happy to be groomed and tacked up. Loves hacking and not bothered by any traffic. Happy out on her own or with others. First to whinney in the morning and ready for a cuddle. SURPRISE is a gorgeous Welsh Section B liver chestnut mare. 12.2hh, 13 years old. She is a lovely forward pony who would excel at mounted games, pony club and show jumping. I bought this lovely mare for myself to have some fun on and go show jumping but feel that she would be better suited to a confident rider who would like to take her on the show circuit, something that i just don't have time to do and i really need to concentrate of my competition mare. She has 3 amazing paces, is soft in the mouth, loves jumping, is good to load, with the farrier but can sometimes be stubborn to catch in the field. She normally gives in after a few minutes. Sadly I am selling my Chestnut Welsh Section D Gelding 14,3hh due to change in circumstances I want him to go to a good experienced loving home only. He was used before i owned him as a hunting and jumping cob, I have owned him for 4 years and the last year and a half he has not been ridden. So he will need some reschooling and someone experienced. He comes to call and likes lots of fuss, he is good in hand and has no known vices and is in good health. He is passported, chipped and wormed to date, his shire is Broughton Diplomat and Dam Broughton Magical Comet. 12.2hh Welsh Section B liver chestnut mare 10 years old. This is a cracking little pony looking for a pony club / mounted games / showing or showjumping home. This pony is quick and can turn on a sixpence, she has an enormous jump and is not phased by fillers or coloured poles etc. A very pretty little mare with a great presence about her and very keen to please. Great to catch, load, farrier etc. We've not clipped her but I'm sure she'd be fine. She is currently barefoot as she hasn't done much recently. Vaccinations and teeth up to date. Great to hack, goes first or last, good in traffic. Sadly we do not have a small enough rider for her so she is being wasted in the field but I'm sure she would excel in any discipline. She is a bit green and would benefit from some time and patience and she responds well to a calm kind hand. *Offered For Sale* year old (Feb ), Passportes and microchipped REGISTERED Welsh section D mare. Liver chestnut in colour with white blaze & three white socks. Was professionally schooled as a 4 year old, but hasn't been in work since October last year due to owners health. She's the type that needs riding every day and is quite strong, therefore not a novice ride and a typical Welsh! She's made me very happy since she was 10 months old, and always tried her best, but she needs to be out competing/doing what she does best! Unfortunately I can't give her this anymore and it's not fair being a field ornament! Teeth, back, worming are all upto date, she does need sedating to have her teeth done as she gets nervous. Is fully shod due to the fact she gets foot sore if ridden without due to stones etc. Does need her vaccines restarting. Bombproof in traffic and is quiet when ridden in the field and the school however will try it on and test you at times, i.e. If the riders not confident to push her forward and ignore it. She's a very proud horse, that will need the work put in to remind her of her schooling but will go far in the right hands. Won both her dressage tests as a 4 year old scoring 66% and 69%. Has been over cross country jumps and over coloured poles. Ask her and she will try. Has a scar under the saddle where she had a skin rumour removed last year, the furs never grown back but the vet confirmed there was no more. Travels in a trailer without the partition and without another horse, but will not travel otherwise due to an accident. Won inhand champion and overall supreme champion as a 3 year old. She has been lightly backed and is currently being school so is green at the moment. Has hacked out alone and in company across open field and didn't put a hoof wrong. She is not a novice ride as can be quiet strong so will need a confident teenager or adult. She is really good in and out of the stable but about a 6 months ago she got diagnosed with gastric ulcers but after medication she has had the all clear around 3 months ago.
