He has a very submissive and timid nature but is coming around. He was quite skinny and his coat was in poor condition when he was first brought in. He is already looking better with regular feeds. He is small/medium in size but will make a medium sized dog. He is black and white in colour. Approx 4months old. I've got a Blue Merle Border Collie that will be 4 in November. I've currently changed jobs and I'm out of the house for 12+ hours a day, so obviously this is no good for any dog let alone a Collie. Unfortunately, work commitments have changed dramatically and we can no longer give him the time and exercise that he needs, and we feel it's only fair to find him a family that does. He is neutered, has been regularly wormed and flead, and does have a microchip. (Although the breeders seem to have never registered it properly and he may need a new one.) He has also had all of his vacs, and will need boosters next year. We can give you his vaccination history sheet. Pip is toilet trained and will go in a crate whilst you are out of the house. He is very energetic and loving, and just needs lots of walks and a family that can give him lots of time. Border Collie needs a home

Border Collie 3yrs old. I am sadly having to re home my 3 year old Border Collie. He is house trained, obedient, affectionate, ball obsessed and great with other dogs. He lives with another dog, cat and tortoise. He unfortunately has a side to him where he appears to suddenly, and for no reason, feel threatened. He will then growl and sometimes bare his teeth. He has snacked a few times but this only seems to be some kind of defensive thing. However when he is growling he is still trying to come in close for a cuddle, its bizarre. Tell him to sit and give a paw and he snaps straight out of it and it's all love from him again. The issue we have is we have children. We can deal with him, however we can not take the risk anymore of him doing this with them. I'm looking for someone who has previously owned collies and with a child free home. Someone who understands the dog they are taking on and can provide a permanent home for him. He needs lots of exercise, to be walked 3 times a day. Last set of vaccinations and health check we're September . He has no other issues or aliments. He truly is a wonderful dog and it is breaking our hearts to have to give him up. HARRY IS A RESCUE DOG CURRENTLY IN KENNELS NEEDING AN ACTIVE HOME Meet our gorgeous boy Harry! He is a an energetic boy, around 2 years old who just loves playing with toys. He is a clever lad who knows his basic commands and will take a treat nicely from you. He loves his humans and probably his favourite ever thing to do is to spend time with staff and dog walkers. He is very excitable around other dogs when out and about so he would need more training and someone who can handle him and carry on with his training to socialise him better. We think given the time and exercise he needs he will calm down with this giddiness, he will also be neutered when he is rehomed so this will help him to calm down a bit more. Harry would be better homed as an only dog and with someone who would not leave him alone all day alone. He is a very happy young man and we just know that he will make the prefect family dog for the right people.
