HARRY IS A RESCUE DOG CURRENTLY IN KENNELS NEEDING AN ACTIVE HOME Meet our gorgeous boy Harry! He is a an energetic boy, around 2 years old who just loves playing with toys. He is a clever lad who knows his basic commands and will take a treat nicely from you. He loves his humans and probably his favourite ever thing to do is to spend time with staff and dog walkers. He is very excitable around other dogs when out and about so he would need more training and someone who can handle him and carry on with his training to socialise him better. We think given the time and exercise he needs he will calm down with this giddiness, he will also be neutered when he is rehomed so this will help him to calm down a bit more. Harry would be better homed as an only dog and with someone who would not leave him alone all day alone. He is a very happy young man and we just know that he will make the prefect family dog for the right people. He’s best suited to an active home where he can get the exercise and stimulation he needs but in return he will love you unconditionally and be loyal pet. DENNIS - gorgeous active 'Jug' needs lots of exercise!

Dennis is a gorgeous 4 year old ‘Jug’ (JRT cross Pug!) full of character who is looking for a new home due to no fault of his own. He is a super little lad who is very friendly with everyone. He could live with children aged 9+. He is quite boisterous and strong, despite his size, so not suitable for younger children. Lucy needs a new home. Shes a lovely wee whippet collie cross at 2 years old. Unfortunatly shes also a bit of a wanderer and I have got into trouble with the farmer on the estate I stay in. The fence is very low and she makes of on her own if one of the kids leaves the door open. Shes great with people, kids, cats and dogs - she does chase rabbits etc but more out of interest than trying to kill them (to date nothing killed) She needs a lot of attention and training, she wants to be with you most of the time and lves nothing better than a cuddle in bed and coming to see what you are up to. She will need at least 2 30 mins walk a day and lots of love in between, ill not suit someone out all day as she chews when stressed but is normallly pretty good - she likes a routine to be stuck to. She would suit a family with someone around during the day, or a retired person, wh is happy to continue her training shes past the puppuy stage. She has not been spayed or chipped. Julia is a beautiful German Shepherd who is 3-4 yrs old, she is a smaller sized Shepherd and weighs 25kg. Julia is a typical Shepherd and is vocal with people she doesn't know when she's in her home, but doesn't take long to get used to new people (especially when introduced on neutral ground) and is very friendly and affectionate with her people. Alfie is a lovely, friendly 8 year old Lakeland Terrier looking for a home who are used to terriers. He is still very active and loves his walks, he will need at least 2 good walks per day. 14 month old Lurcher needs good home (Greyhound x Saluki)

This is Moss, a 14 month old Lurcher cross (Greyhound and Saluki mix) who is in need of a new home. We have had Moss since he was 3 months old (born 13th March ) and he is an incredibly good natured and lovable dog, but sadly we are now struggling to find the time to give him the attention and exercise he needs. Moss has grown up with 1 other dog in the house, is used to being picked up, handled and walked both on and off the lead. He is house trained, neutered and used to car journeys and being left alone for several hours during the day. He is fully up to date with his vaccinations and worming (which he has never had a problem with), including 'kennel cough' and is micro-chipped. Moss is still fully of puppy-like energy and just loves to play and run as much as possible. Due to changing work schedules, we are not getting a chance to take him for as many of the big walks he loves to run off steam and feel that someone with more time/space would be able to give him a better life. Moss loves to meet other dogs and, while he can be shy at first, just wants to chase and be chased. We have trained him to recall with a whistle which he is good at when there are not too many distractions. Like most sight-hound breeds, when he spots something fun to chase he will go for it, but he has always been raised as a family pet, not a racing dog.
