Ruby! The beautiful ruby is a stocky 13.1hh Welsh pony x, 11yr old mare. Ruby is one of the most straight foward and sweetest horses I have ever come accross. Fabulous to catch, trim, load and travel. Ruby spent the first part of her life having a couple of foals and hacking around the mountains. Having only 1 previous home to myself since a foal she is sensible, straight foward and gentle. Today for example she has stood like a rock on the yard with 4 children ranging from 2-5 clambering all over her, one of which is severally autistic - she took him out for a ride accross the fields and didn't flinch even through shreaking and stones being thrown around her. For sale - Misty is 15.1hh Connemara Cross aged 11yrs old. She is a fun forward going horse that loves being out and about. She loves cross country and working hunter. Up until this year she has been active member of East Lothian Pony Club – attended rallies, competed in pick-a-fence, attended Pony Camp, done some Le Trec and Leisure Endurance Rides. At present she is hacking out and going to the beach with a little bit of schooling. She hacks out alone and happy in traffic. As with most horses she can walk past a huge tractor moving and then spoke at a plastic bag! She doesn’t buck, rear, bolt, bite or kick but she doesn’t like the farrier and we need to sedate her for that. She is shod in the front and bare foot in the back.
