Seriously heartbreaking sale of our beautiful pony Meg who only deserves a 5 star home. Unfortunately and ONLY reason for sale my daughter has taken a different direction and we feel that Meg will be wasted. She has taught my daughter so much and a mothers dream. Took her to Onley show Sunday and a first and second, two beautiful double clear rounds and qualified. Stunning to show, in hand or ridden, dressage with beautiful outline. Took her xc and jumping 1m and loved the water and has a big scoping jump, never knocks a pole. She needs a confidence rider when it comes to jumping but isn't strong. Loves to hack out, alone, in front or behind, nothing phases her and my daughter who is now 11 gallops her around open fields, she can turn her around gallop back towards home, turn and go back again, so safe and a mothers dream pony. She is brilliant with Ferrier, clipping, stand all day to be groomed, bathed. Never had any illness or lame. Teeth only done may , so 12 months before next check and no issues at all. Loves her cuddles and carrots and neighs when she sees us and trots over to be fetched in so perfect to catch, currently on her own in paddock but we bought her when at a very busy yard, out with mares, fine with farm machinery, dogs etc You can leave Meg for days, two weeks when we went on holiday and exactly the same when ridden. I honestly cannot say enough about our beautiful girl. Please no time wasters as this is really hard for us. Ideal confident builder, was daughters 1st pony or needs a confident rider if want to compete but she really could take you all the way. Previous owners had meg for 7 years, took her as far as she could go in Working Hunters and daughter moved onto horses. We love her so much and only want the best for her. Teenagers Dream / Potential Eventer

Penny is a lovely natured mare with a heart of gold and never puts a hoof out of place! In her time she has done a bit of everything and is a really fun, sensitive ride. She can bimble on a hack whilst you hold the buckle or go for a good gallop if you pick up your reins and squeeze her on. Snaffle mouthed at all times (including hunting) and has amazing brakes. Hacks both alone or in company without any problems. She has hunted twice with us however we are unsure how much/if she has done so previously, despite this she took me on my first ever hunt and was bold over all ditches and hedges and didn't refuse a thing, however was also more than happy and level headed enough to turn for home when I had had enough ! She is good to catch, load, bath, clip, shoe etc and turns out with both mares and geldings happily. I have popped her over 1m fences at home but with a bit of time and further balance she definitely has the scope to go higher. Penny would be best suited to a confident teenager who is looking for a fun horse to get out competing on and therefore we do not want her going to any novices as she will just be wasted. 11yo TB Gelding - ROR Eligible, Potential Grassroots Eventer

Very sad and extremely reluctant sale… Jay A.K.A Keepsgettingbetter (IRE) is an 11 yo bay TB gelding who had raced only 4 times until . He is a good lad, a sweet and willing boy and very intelligent… Sold to me as a “ready-to-ride”, competition ready horse who knows his job and loves it too but it turned out Jay was given up on by his previous owner who left him out 24/7 for what I expect was many months with no work or real care as she had evented him until she’d had enough and bored, wanted a new mount to thrash. This only came to light after I’d got him home. Since, I have brought him on, retrained him from the ground up and he now doesn’t batter an eyelid at the farrier, vet or dentist and lunges (double lunge and long reins) to voice command like a true gent. He allows anyone to catch or turn him out and is quiet in his stable and in the field with no vices such as cribbing, weaving as many other Ex-Racehorses do. To ride, he is a nice, forward but often very fresh boy. He’s very sensitive and has a tendency to get way too excited and have a hoolie moment. If given an excuse, he will seize the opportunity. He is NOT a novice ride and can be a handful and therefore requires an experienced rider with a history of hot breeds and sharp and hot behaviour. This is typical Jay – not harmful with intent, a lovely sweet boy 99% of the time but over excitable for a hot minute – and in doing so, is very strong, can be a bit silly and lacking self-control. Jay is sensitive to the leg and very susceptible to seat aids and he LOVES to jump and has hunted, and competed in unaffiliated XC, SJ and dressage although not with me. He has a HUGE scopey jump and will jump anything you point him at. He has so much potential with the right person, unfortunately due to the lack of time, that’s not me and I couldn’t be any more gutted. I do not want to sell Jay and it is still a very hard decision but I have brought him on as far as I possibly can as I work very long hours and so cannot afford him the further training and schooling that he needs and deserves to progress his ridden work – during the week as I arrive to the yard late and will not ever ride when alone on the yard for safety reasons. Jay needs someone with the time, patience and experience to improve his ridden discipline and progress him from his outstanding ground and lunge work which unfortunately, I just cannot do. £ ONO - The right home is so much more important than price.
