Welsh part bred, 13.2hh 10 year old. This sweet natured boy is very loving and affectionate adores a groom and fuss, so easy to handle a real gentlemen in and out the stable, he is healthy and sound, teeth, back and feet all up to date no problem. He is a good doer and cheap to keep. Has been driven in the past and then used as a field companion for over a year so has started ground work for ridden and has been leaned over and walked and so far is proving very sensible. Sad sale due to lack of time with work commitments but would love to see this boy go further he is a real eye catcher, stunning bay with dapples in summer and has very flashy movement will make a fab showing pony. Ronalde Peaches and Cream. It’s with a heavy heart I have for sale my 4 year old, 32% Arab x Welsh D. (May ) Peaches is registered to both the Arab and Palamino society. I have known Peaches since a foal and owned her for two years, unfortunately standing at hh she just never made height for me. Peaches has been lightly backed, seen enough of the world and now she has been turned away to mature, she will be sold from field ready for someone to put their stamp on. As a 2 year old, Peach did lots of inhand local showing for her experience, she won every class! She will load into anything and loves being out and about. Peaches life as a 3 year old was spent lead from my older ‘nanny’ horse with regular varied speed/scenery hacks. She has seen everything, she has a lot of confidence and in her brief riding career, as a 4 year old, has lead short hacks and hacked alone. Peaches has done very very little school work as in our previous yard as we didn’t have the facilities! What she has done however has been impeccable and willing every time, she learnt swiftly with clear instruction. This mare has had a walk, trot & canter in an open field with a young child on board and a little play with small logs. She has shown honestly from day one. Peaches is barefoot and I can’t see why she can’t stay that way, she has fantastic feet. She’s a hardy mare and happily lives out all year around. She isn’t used to being stabled but she will come around to it with patience, she has no stable vices but will shout for companions if she is alone. It breaks my heart writing this, you will never find a mare with more character she is safe and sane, but cheeky and sparky. She has the perfect balance to make a bold fearless, but safe competition pony. Her Arab shines through within her. Peaches adores love and fuss, she has a massive feeling of self importance and if you appreciate the princess she is she will give you her heart and more! Peaches has been in a field for 8 weeks, as much as I’m capable and would love to further her education I just feel too big on board and I feel id be giving her the best chance of a competent forever home if the buyer could mould her to their style and needs. This gorgeous boy is back for sale (at a reduced price), as the lvtb he was going on did not happen due to the loaner's change of circumstances. I've had him for 2 years and now I am selling as I can no longer give him the time and attention he needs due to work and family commitments. I only ride him 2 times per week these days, but he is the same as ridden daily. He is an 8 y.o. Reg Sec C gelding, he was shown in his previous home, always in ribbons. I did a couple of local shows with him, which he enjoyed. He has been sympathetically broken and schooled over the 2 years I've had him. He has 3 beautiful, comfortable paces, good transitions. We mastered walk to canter and change of lead. He will work for you in a nice outline, if that's what you want to do. He showed some great talent in show jumping with his beautiful, scopey jump and he really enjoys it. He does not rear, buck or bolt. Good sides: * Beautiful action and plenty of jump in this boy * Very good in traffic and to hack * Good to handle, also by children * Good to catch, load, with farrier, dentist, etc * Can live in or out with no stable vices * Never sick or lame * Lives off thin air, very cheap to keep * Can be ridden as often or as rarely as you want, doesn't get silly * He would suit a mother/daughter, teenager, lightweight person who wants to have a fun pony up for anything, really.
