Sterling Europa Berth,Fixed Bed,Twin Axle Touring

To the rear of this caravan is a large end washroom/dressing room. This consists of a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with manual flush, sink with vanity unit, and a separate walk in shower cubicle. You have a wall cabinet and shelves for storage, and a mini roof light to help with ventilation, and let natural light in. Moving out of this area, you come to the bedroom. Here you have a double bed, with space underneath for storage. This can be accessed either inside the van, or via an outside storage locker. There is a good size wardrobe with single hanging rail and shelves for storage, also overhead lockers. You have a 240v electric socket fitted into the side of the wardrobe, also a midi Heiki roof light lets the natural daylight in. There is a venetian blind to close the hatch between the bedroom and saloon off, also a concertina screen can be used to offer privacy to sleeping occupants, and to give an en-suite arrangement. Moving towards the front of this caravan is the kitchen. This comprises of a Stoves domestic style oven and grill, a 3 burner gas hob and electric hotplate with a flush fitting glass lid, 700w microwave, Thetford fridge with full width ice compartment, Omnivent dual purpose roof light with integrated extractor fan, 3 x 240v electric sockets, recessed sink with detachable drainer. You have a range of cupboards and overhead lockers for all you storage needs. Opposite the kitchen is a small sideboard, which houses the heater. Fitted here is a 240v electric socket, 12v electric socket and aerial point for siting your tv. Your tv can then either be faced towards the saloon, or towards the bedroom. To the front of this caravan are two long daybeds. These can be converted into a good size double bed. There are overhead lockers for storage, and a Heiki tilting sunroof to allow the daylight to flood in. You also have a 240v electric socket fitted in this area. This is a great caravan, in extremely good condition inside and out. It’s very modern looking, and the quality is superb, just what you would expect from a member of the Swift Group. Sterling 26 foot win axle caravan, excellent towing van It is currently on an all year touring site, the pitch is available at around £289 per month (about the same as storage) and is adult only, so very quiet with excellent views of Dartmoor in the distance. If you are keen we can arrange for you to come and stay for a test holiday for sensible cost  Now for the detail: The awning is an all year round heavy duty 20 foot by 8 foot with full plywood floor fitted made of 18mm external ply with 3x2 frame with heavy duty membrane underneath and carpet tiles on top. Internally there are as seen in pics 2 front beds/seats and a double fixed bed with large storage under all. There is a 3 way fridge, a cooker, four ring gas hob, and sink with hot and cold water. The kitchen also has a very powerful extractor fan in the ceiling.  There is a full shower room with sink and cassette toilet and various storage. There is a gas/electric heater which also has blown air ducts thought the van. The van has all the usual outside lockers, all widows have curtails and fly screens and blackout screens with 3 roof windows all opening with blackout screens and fly screens.
