Sterling 26 foot win axle caravan, excellent towing van It is currently on an all year touring site, the pitch is available at around £289 per month (about the same as storage) and is adult only, so very quiet with excellent views of Dartmoor in the distance. If you are keen we can arrange for you to come and stay for a test holiday for sensible cost  Now for the detail: The awning is an all year round heavy duty 20 foot by 8 foot with full plywood floor fitted made of 18mm external ply with 3x2 frame with heavy duty membrane underneath and carpet tiles on top. Internally there are as seen in pics 2 front beds/seats and a double fixed bed with large storage under all. There is a 3 way fridge, a cooker, four ring gas hob, and sink with hot and cold water. The kitchen also has a very powerful extractor fan in the ceiling.  There is a full shower room with sink and cassette toilet and various storage. There is a gas/electric heater which also has blown air ducts thought the van. The van has all the usual outside lockers, all widows have curtails and fly screens and blackout screens with 3 roof windows all opening with blackout screens and fly screens. The van has both 240v and 12 v electric with hook-ups for water and drainage for waste water. The site has electric hook up, water hook up and water drainage.
