Blue Water Sailing Yacht ft Sail and Motor Boat

I am selling this Yacht as it belonged to my brother who sadly passed away earlier this year. I have no knowledge of this kind of boat and will have limited knowledge. I do have a book which has various paperwork including certificate of British registrations etc. TA TOOSH BLUE WATER SAILING YACHT Built TA Toosh Yard Taiwan L.O.A. 42ft Beam 12ft 3 in. Draught 6ft 3in GRP Hull,Deckand superstructure,Teak Planking on deck. Engine Ford Watermota sea panther 40hp Diesel. Borg Warner Hydraulic Gearbox. Accommodation 7 berth in 3 cabins. I am unable to give much of a detailed description as I know nothing about the boat, however I suspect that any serious buyer would like to view the boat and this can be arranged as it is at present in dry dock on the isle of Rothsay in a boat yard. This will need some TLC and is dry docked for several months paid in advance therefore the opportunity to restore is available. I believe this boat has crossed the Atlantic on more than six occasions my brother indeed sailed it from USA to UK. This is a unique boat and can be again with the right TLC I have not seen sails up so don't know what they are like however it has sailed Atlantic as I said. She is looking tired and needs a good clean and varnish. I launched her once this year and the 4hp outboard engine was fine, but the trailer brake had stuck and need attention. She is a gaff rig with tan main sail and cream jib on roller furl. Copper coat antifoul and easy to tow. She is sea worthy and dry and I had a cockpit tent made up so one can sleep in the cabin and also in the cockpit.
