Leisure 17 sail boat. Comes with 1 years fully paid mooring and unlimited launch at Rutland Water, electric out board motor and new leisure battery. We learnt to sail with this boat and now we would like a bigger one. The boat has a set of sails but there not the right ones, but they still work. The trailer is only fit for launching purposes only. The boat is about 30 years old but very solid and forgiving once on the water. Closely Picarooner sailing dayboat. 16ft classic sail boat with cabin and trailer

Sula II is a Clovelly Picarooner which was built with a cabin, and believed to be the only one of its kind. She is a lovely boat to sail. These pictures were taken in and I have not sailed her since. She is looking tired and needs a good clean and varnish. I launched her once this year and the 4hp outboard engine was fine, but the trailer brake had stuck and need attention. She is a gaff rig with tan main sail and cream jib on roller furl. Copper coat antifoul and easy to tow. She is sea worthy and dry and I had a cockpit tent made up so one can sleep in the cabin and also in the cockpit. Currently in Bucklers Hard dinghy park on an Indespension trailer, please feel free to look around her whenever you like. Just been in the dry tunnel for all the top half of the boat re-newing as the bottom half is steel hull and the top is wood. all the rotted parts have been removed and replaced with new. Thousands spent on her but paintwork left blank for new owner to put their own stamp to the boat. Hull has been blacked and Anodes are ok as were checked last February and next inspection due now is with certificates to prove. The inside cabin is all original and could do with your own décor. There is a multifuel burner with back boiler and radiators and does get really warm. Brand new exhaust stack and coolie lid fitted a month ago. Stern tube gland was re-packed last feb and is really ready to sail away with just cosmetic work now as all big jobs done. The boat is 45ft long and a beam of 6ft 10in. The engine is a lister three cylinder with lots of power. There is a cooker and fridge fitted and a mains hot water boiler giving instant hot water to the shower and sink areas.
