The boat was fully restored in , including the combination trailer with new parts throughout, new cockpit cover and complete with anchor, warps, fenders etc. Sail with two reefing points, and spars both in excellent condition with new rigging. 2.5HP Mariner engine with little use. Drascombe Lugger Sailing Boat

Drascombe Lugger on a twin axle roller trailer with recent new bearings. very easy to launch and tow. This is the 24th lugger ever built at Kelly an Hall, late 's, restored a couple of years ago by me. Complete with Jib, main and mizzen sails, stainless standing rigging with mast in tabernacle for ease of raining and lowering. Also small hand ratchet winch to help raise the mast. Heavy duty mast down cover keeps her dry on the trailer. Also oars for rowing and 6hp 2 stroke outboard with external tank and forward, reverse and neutral. Currently ashore at Friars goose on the river Tyne and selling to fund next project. Inspection welcome by appointment. Great fun to sail or motor, easy to beach for a picnic then sail off! Mast and spars recently varnished, hull and benches could do with paint touching up this winter.

DRASCOMBE LONGBOAT CRUISER ( approx) These sort after classic sail boats have a large following and we don’t expect this one to hang around as you don’t see many in this condition, It has been in the same family for many years but sadly neglected in recent years and was in need of some TLC, Description White 2K spray painted hull, floors +cabin interior, 2K blue (admiralty grey) Cabin+ decks. Fresh antifouling, Exterior wood varnished, cockpit +cabin floor stained and varnished, Main and Mizzen masts in good order, as are their booms. Recent cockpit covers, new window Perspex and s/s screws, Reluctantly included is the “ever reliable” Yamaha 8hp 2 stroke engine bought new for the boat in serviced every 50hrs 6 stamps in service book, starts first pull, runs lovely, flat fuel tank, rigging in good order. Mooring lines: a pair of oars. The trailer is in OK working order bearings adjusted & greased working winch, the rollers have seen better days and the tyres are starting to perish but should do for this season.
