Here we have our 12 man tent, used 2 times in great condition no rip's or tear's really waterproof all good poles tent pegs etc. Ready to go. We have all instructions (2 people half an hour to erect) Poles colour coded for easy install. This is a big tent with four separate sleeping pods and a large main area which is easily tall enough to stand up in. A bright and airy tent with doors on both sides with porch to front. Comes with an electric hook up entry place too. This tent is great it has a really strong fitted ground sheet built into the tent so no nasty drafts or bugs getting in. This tent cost us £ five years ago and we used it as a family for the first time this summer. Always taken down in dry conditions and kept in a dry place. This tent stood up to a storm where we were in 25 mph winds and yet other tents were destroyed and doesn't leak either. Great tent for a big family. This large tent sleeps 5 (too cosy for me) has only been used twice (2 x 4 days). It is in good condition. The ground sheet has a built in fly screen. Does need 2 people to erect. A new tunnel tent from Royal that features a frame combination of 22mm ultra-plus steel poles and 13.5mm fibre-flex fibreglass poles for a simple but robust design. The Royal Hampton 7 features a very flexible sleeping arrangement with a single 4-berth inner with removable divider curtain (to create a 2+2 configuration) plus a further 3-berth inner that can be erected at the opposite end of the tent when you have guests (or family overload) (from excessive use of the Hampton). There is a large front panel doorway plus 2 side panel doorways (one with canopy pole). The living area features a fully sewn-in polyethylene groundsheet, 2 large ½ PVC, ½ mesh windows with roll-down covers plus 4 PVC panel windows in the front elevation. Have a look on their website for full description: We have used for a week in the Peak District and a week in the Lake District, heavy rain in the lakes proved that the tent is fully waterproof. In great condition as you would expect, although has one small puncture in the sewn in ground sheet which can easily be repaired - see picture of puncture alongside 2 pence coin. Vango Airbeam awning Kela 2 Tall awning fits taller motorhomes. I bought it second hand in excellent condition last year and have used it twice. It is still in excellent condition. It has the pump and all the fittings, I just haven't really needed it. I also have the fitted carpet for it but would like an extra £25 to include that too. It is very spacious and comfortable. it is a drive-away awning and I will include the strip to make this possible from a wind out awning.
