Here we have our 12 man tent, used 2 times in great condition no rip's or tear's really waterproof all good poles tent pegs etc. Ready to go. We have all instructions (2 people half an hour to erect) Poles colour coded for easy install. This is a big tent with four separate sleeping pods and a large main area which is easily tall enough to stand up in. A bright and airy tent with doors on both sides with porch to front. Comes with an electric hook up entry place too. This tent is great it has a really strong fitted ground sheet built into the tent so no nasty drafts or bugs getting in. This tent cost us £ five years ago and we used it as a family for the first time this summer. Always taken down in dry conditions and kept in a dry place. KAMPA CROYDE 6 MAN TENT. SUPERB CONDITION USED TWICE.

This is my quiet run extremely good quality Generator. w rated with twin UK 3 pin sockets. 12v charging option complete with unused lead.  Starts first pull and runs great. Also very tidy condition.  Only issue I can say with it is the plastic on off switch cover is missing but affects nothing and still turns on and off as it should.  Economical and smooth running with auto RPM control.

This tent is a very large tent that will easily sleep 6, the living area is big enough to have a table and a baby high chair! We have used the entrance for our cooking and food storage. The sleeping areas are two pods that you could easily put up a bed in. Included: Tent Proper tent groundsheet, this was an extra and is the same shape as the tent. Big roomy tent. 2 bedrooms, that sleep 3 adults each quite comfortably. Large living area that you can stand up in. Large porch that is great for storage or use as your kitchen area. A couple of poles have been replaced or taped and still work perfectly fine but you can replace easily if you wanted too. Has a few wear and tear bits please see photos. Has a small bit of black (maybe mould) just appeared this year. But was advised if may clean off with bleach I just haven't tried too. Grab yourself a bargain! Royal Biarritz 6 Tent, This is a large tent easily sleeping 6 people. there are two bedrooms and a large communal area aswell as a large porch which is suitable for the kitchen area. There is a sewn in groundsheet throughout, apart from the porch. A tall adult can stand inside the tent. It has only been used a handful of times and is in great condition. I checked it yesterday and there are a few small marks on the inner tent but as far as I could see all seams and joins are good. There are windows in the bedrooms and a back door. This is a very spacious tent and great for family holidays. Only parting with it because my family is grown up and we don't use it anymore. £, Bristol, .

1 x Hi Gear Frontier 6 Man Tent. 1 x Hi Gear Frontier 6 Man Tent Porch. 1 x Hi Gear Frontier 6 Man Tent Carpet. Purchased new two years ago - used twice. Excellent condition. We paid around £700. The tent has a sewn in ground sheet & has great a standing height. My husband is 5'10ft & he can stand inside without his head touching the top. Lots of windows, some of which can be vented. My husband & I can put this tent up in around minutes, although please expect it to take longer on your first attempt! hydro head (very waterproof flysheet) and fire retardant. Good sturdy family tent with side porch & extra porch which really extends the living space. We used the porch area for cooking. We used this with our 2 young children & really appreciated the large living area & extra space that came with the porch. Perfect for the summer holidays, we paid £16 a night to pitch in a small campsite in Cornwall. *From my memory, one clip is broken around the bedroom section. This is doesn't affect the use of the tent & was broken in the attached photo of the bedroom. (There are several clips).
