This large tent sleeps 5 (too cosy for me) has only been used twice (2 x 4 days). It is in good condition. The ground sheet has a built in fly screen. Does need 2 people to erect. The 3rd picture was done this week with only 1 person hence not very secure but was for photo only. The instructions are included (but in french!) Here we have our 12 man tent, used 2 times in great condition no rip's or tear's really waterproof all good poles tent pegs etc. Ready to go. We have all instructions (2 people half an hour to erect) Poles colour coded for easy install. This is a big tent with four separate sleeping pods and a large main area which is easily tall enough to stand up in. A bright and airy tent with doors on both sides with porch to front. Comes with an electric hook up entry place too. This tent is great it has a really strong fitted ground sheet built into the tent so no nasty drafts or bugs getting in. This tent cost us £ five years ago and we used it as a family for the first time this summer. Always taken down in dry conditions and kept in a dry place.
