ROR eligible with unbelievable potential, willing attitude and a wonderful personality, Buddy is ALSO the most straightforward Thoroughbred you'll ever keep! Buddy is easy to catch, clip, load, farrier. He has been barefoot and 100% sound since I started training him - despite on and off road hacking, jumping, etc. He thrives living out and has kept weight through winter. He is less happy living in and will box walk. He hacks alone and in company and has led children's hacks. He takes everything in his stride: he will enjoy a leg stretch then work in an outline if you pick up both reins. 11yo TB Gelding - ROR Eligible, Potential Grassroots Eventer

Very sad and extremely reluctant sale… Jay A.K.A Keepsgettingbetter (IRE) is an 11 yo bay TB gelding who had raced only 4 times until . He is a good lad, a sweet and willing boy and very intelligent… Sold to me as a “ready-to-ride”, competition ready horse who knows his job and loves it too but it turned out Jay was given up on by his previous owner who left him out 24/7 for what I expect was many months with no work or real care as she had evented him until she’d had enough and bored, wanted a new mount to thrash. This only came to light after I’d got him home. Since, I have brought him on, retrained him from the ground up and he now doesn’t batter an eyelid at the farrier, vet or dentist and lunges (double lunge and long reins) to voice command like a true gent. He allows anyone to catch or turn him out and is quiet in his stable and in the field with no vices such as cribbing, weaving as many other Ex-Racehorses do. To ride, he is a nice, forward but often very fresh boy. He’s very sensitive and has a tendency to get way too excited and have a hoolie moment. If given an excuse, he will seize the opportunity. He is NOT a novice ride and can be a handful and therefore requires an experienced rider with a history of hot breeds and sharp and hot behaviour. This is typical Jay – not harmful with intent, a lovely sweet boy 99% of the time but over excitable for a hot minute – and in doing so, is very strong, can be a bit silly and lacking self-control. Jay is sensitive to the leg and very susceptible to seat aids and he LOVES to jump and has hunted, and competed in unaffiliated XC, SJ and dressage although not with me. He has a HUGE scopey jump and will jump anything you point him at. He has so much potential with the right person, unfortunately due to the lack of time, that’s not me and I couldn’t be any more gutted. I do not want to sell Jay and it is still a very hard decision but I have brought him on as far as I possibly can as I work very long hours and so cannot afford him the further training and schooling that he needs and deserves to progress his ridden work – during the week as I arrive to the yard late and will not ever ride when alone on the yard for safety reasons. Jay needs someone with the time, patience and experience to improve his ridden discipline and progress him from his outstanding ground and lunge work which unfortunately, I just cannot do. £ ONO - The right home is so much more important than price. Beautiful ex-racehorse with huge jump and eventing potential

Sired by Fasliyev (USA) out of Alazima (USA), Mustard is strikingly beautiful, has fabulous conformation and is a lovely, good-natured person. As a 3 year old he had a short racing career on the flat around all-weather tracks (race record available) and with his previous owner he qualified for the National ex-racehorse, in-hand showing championships at Newmarket racecourse. Mustard has been part of our family for 6 years during which time we have brought him on slowly introducing him to all Pony Club activities. He is a keen allrounder, responds well to work, is willing to please and enjoys jumping, taking ditches, trakheners, skinnies and water in his stride. He hacks alone or in company and will lead or be led. He enjoys hunting and is used to the wide-open spaces of the Black Mountains. He has a fast gallop but is controllable and he has impeccable manners on the ground being good to clip, shoe, travel, groom, wash etc. All three of our daughters are now working or at university and as Mustard is in his prime, and has so much more to give, he is looking for a home where he can continue his education. He is easy to manage and with us he spends half his time in the stable and half turned out. If he spends too much time in he has a tendency to box walk but with good stable practice and attention to feeding routines this can be easily controlled. He loves company, both human and equine and at his new home he will need equine company.

We bought her in summer but we have to sell through no fault of her own, we simply don't have enough time for her.She has bad habits, and needs work on and we simply don't have the time for her. We bought her straight from a racing yard, but we didn't realise just how little training she has had in terms of manners and riding. She is a sweet girl who loves her work, has a huge amount of potential, and is very happy! She is broken, but very green in the school, and a bit excitable on hacks but otherwise very good, so could be a hacking horse, depending on what you are looking for. SHE CAN NEVER BE RACED AGAIN as she when we bought her we signed a contract to say she wouldn't, and she was too slow anyways:)! She would suit someone looking for a project that has time and commitment. But as I said before, if you are an experienced rider looking for a fun hacking horse she would also suit that. As far as I know she is good to travel, in the stable she is ok if she can see a friend and has some hay but not great with the farrier! Just needs to be worked on. She has come a long way, but we again just don't have the time. We love her to bits and it will break our heart to see her go but we know we aren't what she needs. 13.2hh - Seren, a welsh cob with amazing potential! in

Meet seren! Seren is a gorgeous mare, a chunky 13.2hh and is 5 years old. She is defiantly a project with some amazing potential! We think she could be an amazing show jumper with the right work. Seren didn't make the height we expected her too as she was sold to us as a 14.2hh, her history is known as we got her from the breeder. She comes from famous welsh cobs - Derwen desert express and Derwen railway express! (Google!) She can be pushy when being led but with the right training she will learn. We put a bit in her mouth and also put a saddle pad, roller and a girth on her and she reacted perfectly she didn't bat an eyelid to it! We also laid a saddle on her back and she didn't seem fussed about any banging on the saddle. Although she can be pushy she has a gorgeous temperament and loves the attention and isn't fussed about her mane being brushed and plaited along with her body. She needs to get used to picking up feet, she will do it without kicking but she will try to move away as she isn't too sure but it will come with practice. With the right owner she will become an amazing genuine horse as she has a lovely personality. Sad sale so please no time wasters. We've fallen in love with this girlie but she just can't do what we want. open to any offers please just ask! More photos coming! Gorgeous Ex-Racehorse

Tico 16.1hh, 12yr old Bay Gelding. ROR Registered. Looking for a 5* Home. Tico is a bright horse, with a great attitude towards his work, always willing to learn. Snaffle mouth at all times. Tico is 100% to clip, shoe, catch, load, traffic etc. Tico finished racing in but required a substantial break due to an injury (which will happily be discussed if interested). He commenced his re-training in June & went to his first show – Wales’ biggest Agricultural Show in July – he behaved like an absolute gentleman throughout. He competed regularly throughout the summer gaining placings and received good comments from judges. Has attended riding club weekly. Stands on the lorry all day at shows without any issues. Tico has been introduced to coloured & rustics poles, he is happy to jump a small course but due to his injury I would prefer that he went to a non-jumping home.
