ROCKSHOX Recon Silver TK suspension forks - 26 inch

A set of good quality genuine Rockshox Recon Silver TK forks to suit 26 inch wheels. 1 1/8th steerer - uncut, so still c265mm long and with star-nut fitted. The forks are suitable for V-brakes or disc brake and have adjustable pre-load and lockout. The suspension incorporates a by-pass valve when in lockout so that if you do hit a bump the forks aren't jarred by the impact as with cheaper forks. I had these fitted on my ali framed Dawes Sardar trekking bike that I used for the odd bridleway and green lane ride. When I sold the bike, the new owner wanted the original rigid forks with the front pannier racks so I hung onto these - 'just in case'. Somewhere I still have the original spare seal kit that came with them. If I can lay my hands on it, it will be included. I would prefer them to be for collection only, but I will check out the cost of posting them, probably by Hermes. They are likely to be the cheapest method. Rockshox Indy XC, off of a Specialized Rockhopper. Very good overall condition for the age, no rust on the stanchions or crown and the paintwork is in good condition with only a few chips. The V-Brake bosses are still straight and the threads are intact. There is one small mark on the back of the left stanchion although this does not affect functionality. A little tatty but functionally good. Various mark as can be seen in the pictures, the usual damage to the maxle but still functions as it should. Some slight rust spots on stanction but I haven't felt these have affected the function. 120mm travel Disc brake only 183mm long steerer
