ROCKSHOX Recon Silver TK suspension forks - 26 inch

A set of good quality genuine Rockshox Recon Silver TK forks to suit 26 inch wheels. 1 1/8th steerer - uncut, so still c265mm long and with star-nut fitted. The forks are suitable for V-brakes or disc brake and have adjustable pre-load and lockout. The suspension incorporates a by-pass valve when in lockout so that if you do hit a bump the forks aren't jarred by the impact as with cheaper forks. I had these fitted on my ali framed Dawes Sardar trekking bike that I used for the odd bridleway and green lane ride. When I sold the bike, the new owner wanted the original rigid forks with the front pannier racks so I hung onto these - 'just in case'. Somewhere I still have the original spare seal kit that came with them. If I can lay my hands on it, it will be included. I would prefer them to be for collection only, but I will check out the cost of posting them, probably by Hermes. They are likely to be the cheapest method. Looking to sell my mountainbike as I am moving abroad. Is a Carrera Kraken frame with quite a few upgrades I have installed over the past few years: - Rockshox Tora forks - Tektro Auriga Comp hydraulic disc brakes - Mavic rims This is a fantastic bike, the frame is incredibly reliable. I haven't been mountain biking much over the past year or so and so unfortunately a few things on the bike have aged a little - specifically the front mech appears to be frozen although I haven't tried to hard to get it moving, and there are some superficial rust marks on the forks (see final picture). For these reasons I am selling for a massively discounted price - the forks alone cost this! Would make an ideal bike for smashing it around town, or with a little bit of TLC would be ready to tear up the trails once again. Let me know if you would like to come and look at it.
