Picture is of my little driving shetland mare who is 26 years old Last year she lost her long standing equine companion who lived to be 36 years old. She is now retired from driving. Despite her advancing years she still has a quick turn of foot when she thinks there is food arriving! I am now looking for another ride and drive small pony up to a maximum of 18 years old. She hasn’t been ridden a lot with us due to lack of jockey, but has been out hunting with the Highmoor Bloodhounds. She really is a lover of work but is equally happy to be groomed and pampered all day long! Kismet, ride and drive Shetland pony.

Kismet is a five year miniature Shetland pony who we've owned for the past year. Sadly my little girl has hopelessly outgrown him quicker than expected. In our time of owning him he has brought her from lead rein to off the lead, she's done showing, hacking, trot poles and a few jumps on lead. We've recently broken him to cart and harness, (which we have available at extra cost) though he's still green in this area and will need a little more fine tuning. Scotty, Ride and Drive pony, gelding. in Trowbridge

Scotty was bought 2 yrs ago as a ride and drive pony, he is 39 inches tall, skewbald in colour, he has not had a rider for past 18 months and has not been driven for past 10 months due to myself having a knee op. He can be a little on nervous side with strangers, he is fully vaccinated, sound and has a pet passport as he is an unregistered Shetland. He is a very sweet pony and loving but unfortunately I am unable to do him justice,. He would make a fabulous companion for another horse or pony, very sadly for sale, a nice project for someone to bring back into work, pictures of him to be added later.
