Rare old gilt antique french mantle clock, about 100 years, stamped on the back side of support "Orfevrerie Dilecta LXVI No.161 Depose Made In France". Beautiful decorated with roses and leaves, two columns on an ornate support. Between the columns i guess is something missisng, something ornamental looks to be missing in 3 points, see pics 9 and 10 red circle. Despite this, still a stunning piece, and in working order. Antique clock in oak casing. Really beautiful clock but sadly not working properly. It has its original key and you can wind the clock up and the hands move and but when it chimes it continually chimes and doesn't stop until you move the hands manually. It always worked previously and I'm sure it's a simple fix but I know nothing about clocks. Body and face in excellent condition looks amazing, very ornate.
