13hh Welsh C pony club Mare

Sweetie is a 15 yr old 13hh registered Welsh Section C dun mare. Unfortunately my son has outgrown Sweetie and so it is time for her to find another mum or dad to look after. She has been with us for the last 2 1/2 yrs going to pony club, showing, showjumping, hunter trials, tetrathlon and dressage. She is more of a second pony but saying that she is very loving and has taught my son loads, she is up to date with teeth, back, vacs and worming. Sweetie is good to catch (especially for my 11 yr old), clip (apart from her face!) and shoe (barefoot). She is happy jumping up to 75cm nearly always coming home with a rosette, does not bat an eyelid at mounted games equipment, my son can even wave the flag over her face and she just stands there! XC she is happier sticking to cm and below and always gets above 60% on her dressage scores! Unfortunately we had issues loading her recently but with a Monty Roberts headcollar on she is fine. She does have mild sweetitch which is controlled using her rugs which will come with her. Sweetie is brilliant for my 11 yr old son to lead and he tacks her up by himself. Ebony has come on in leaps and bounds since I bought her last year and due to needing to downsize she is now for sale. She is rising 4 and a very confident little girl, she has the most loving and affectionate nature. She can still be a bit nervous around her back end, as I was pregnant when I bought her and now have a newborn I just haven't had the time I'd have liked to spend with her. He prev owners said she was backed whilst with them, since I bought her she has been turned away to mature. Tacked up last week for first time with no issues and accepted a rider. She only mounted from block and sat on briefly. Doesn't kick or bite, turned out in a headcollar but never an issue to catch. Ebony needs someone willing to put in time and effort with her and she will pay you back tenfold Showy correct paces, she will be someone's pony of a lifetime. Story behind Lulu is that I bought her for my daughter to ride as I was told she was broken, hacked around a housing estate, tied up outside a shop on a main road when they went in....etc. I looked at her at 3.30 and by 7pm she was in my stable as she was in a filthy stable with a scattering of filthy shavings, 2 big 24 hour nets both empty and a shitty water bucket. I couldn't leave her. Once I got her the girl said she had been ridden bareback, traveller style and she won't stand still for you to get on. I am not one for rodeo trick riding so we have just had her as a pet for 6 months. With my shop, kids and the other ponies I have no time for a project pony. She is so loving and once she trusts that you arn't going to whip or beat her she is so attentive. She comes to call from the far side of the field if she knows you have a treat. Perfect stable manners. Never "in your face" when mucking out round her. Very clean pony, poos on one spot. A complete, straight from the field, start from the beginning project. Heartbreaking Sale 13hh BRP Chestnut Mare 9 yr old

Absolutely Heartbreaking Sale of our very much loved Mare 13hh British Riding Pony 9 rising 10 Due to my daughter not quite been competent enough and lack of time to ride regularly we are offering our mare for sale to a experienced home where she can be taken to the top ! We feel she needs to be with someone who can bring out the best in her. Up to date with vaccinations teeth worming farrier, excellent to load and travel has been a active member of the East Cheshire PC and mainly competing in unaffiliated dressage with scores first time out of 70+% in intro and prelim levels and attending most dressage and working rallies. She has been to many shows local and attended a few evening performances and has been reserve champion a few times too many reds to mention! She has jumped however this isn't what she has mainly done but has happily gone around alsager equestrian centre course a few times. And has been to somerford farm ride a few times with no issues.
