Outwell Bear Lake 4 Polycotton tent with footprint, zipped in groundsheet and carpet

I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake. Newgate 5 is a three room tunnel Tent sleeping 5 in 2 bedrooms, makes full use of polycottons durability and weather beating performance. Any viewings welcome. OUTWELL Hawaii Reef Polycotton Tent - 5 Man Person Family Camping Tent Cost £ Similar to Vango

The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay.
