This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine. For Sale: Outwell Oakland XL 5-person tent with side extension, footprint and carpet Bought at the end of , first used in and only typically for 4-5 nights a year. All in excellent condition with no damage (apart from one of the guy ropes that has been knotted after it snapped) and no marks. The pegs all look second hand though so you might need some new ones. Never put down when wet, the footprint has kept the tent clean and the carpet made it incredibly comfortable You can have one large sleeping area or two, one for two people and one for three. Easy to put up in about minutes and can mostly be done by one person (apart from the two steel poles which need two people). Includes Outwell floor mat too. Buy the whole outfit ready for the summer. The Outwell Oakland XL family tent is a superb acquisition for any family campers, wanting an easy to erect, spacious family tent, which can sleep up to five people in a 3+2 universal inner tent configuration. The tent features a fully-enclosed groundsheet, stopping any cold draughts or water entering the tent. The tent is used but still in good condition. Used only 4 times (Awning used twice) and photos are from March in our garden (hence couldn't picture Awning as not large enough to put up). This is a fantastic, quality tent. You can stand upright in it, has 2 separate bedroom areas and a living space. It is in great condition and the mended bits (pictured - 2xsmall slits in window, mend to internal groundsheet and mend to footprint) do not affect use at all. All watertight and from a pet and smoke free home. Collection only, comes in roll along Outwell bag as pictured and complete with poles and pegs so ready to use. Only selling as decided camping not for us, but reluctant to sell this lovely tent nevertheless. We are selling our Outwell Montana 6 tent which is in immaculate condition, there are no damage to this tent what so ever. The tent comes with Outwell carpet, footprint and front extension. We are a couple and have only used this tent for bank holiday weekends. We have owned it since new and have probably used it a dozen times. It has always been put away dry and stored in our loft. It is like new and comes with a full set of Outwell pegs. The bedroom part has 2 sections but you can unzip the middle section to make 1 large bedroom if you want. This is currently put up in our garden so if you would like to come and view we will have it up for a week. Viewing highly recommended as you will not find a cleaner example for sale.
