I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake. Outwell Bear Lake 6 Tent. This is an excellent tent made of canvas so is cool in the heat and warm when its cold. Comes with extension which I don't have a picture of. Comes with Foot print which has always been used to protect the tent groundsheet, carpet and overhang as pictured which can be attached or not. As you can see from the pictures of the bags it is quite a large tent to take away. But it is a a good size tent to stay in and very sturdy having proper poles not fiber glass ones. Side doors are mesh to allow circulation of air. Side windows can also be zipped out and are mesh ot allow extra circulation of air if required. Used only a Handful of times, unfortunately on our last trip to Wales we left one pole on the site, everything else is here, so either can be used for spares or another pole will be needed. Very good condition although colour has faded (not really noticeable as the same colour across the tent!). Comes with original canopy (not shown). Shown with Trout Lake 4 extension (£40) which has approx 2” fault on side. OUTWELL BEAR LAKE 6 TENT - £250 BARGAIN! Superb family size Poly cotton tent, selling only because it is too big for my needs. Made from poly cotton and is great at temperature management (not too hot in the day). Anyone who is looking for one of these tents knows just what fantastic quality they are. The King of tents! Very spacious with 2 separate sleeping compartments (4+2), a large living space with plenty of windows with curtains. Zip in bathtub, very thick groundsheet. 2 side doors and a very handy large covered porch area. The tent is in very good condition with there are just a couple of minor issues to note: • A ripped seam on inner sleeping compartment has been neatly re-stitched. It is practically unnoticeable and doesn’t affect the tent’s performance in any way. • Elastic in one of the poles section has snapped, again this doesn’t affect the tent’s performance and can still be easily erected. • Zip on front porch door needs attention as it catches when opening and closing. It is still usable and can be closed fully but if using the tent regularly, would probably want to consider replacing it. I was quoted £35 for a new zip and £20 for labour by a local company. The low selling price takes this into account. Please note that these tents are quite heavy - tent 26kg, poles 29kg. Pack size: tent 40cmx101cm, Poles 24cm x 100cm. Outwell Vermont Large Camping Tent - with Groundsheet, Wardrobe and Carpet!

We have a Outwell Vermont XL tent up for sale. It's in great condition in original carry bags. Also include brand new set of heavy duty pegs, Outwell Vermont ground sheet, mallet and a Outwell Vermont carpet. This is a great tent with load of room and can sleep 7 people across the 3 rooms but can easily sleep more if need be in the main sleeping area. It also has a wardrobe with pole to hang clothes up or some people use as a toilet. We bought this tent of a couple who used it a couple times in France before selling it as they were moving house and not having any space for it. We were planning to use it on a summer holiday to Cornwall but change our mind and have now rented a house with the family instead of camping. We also have some other camping gear we bought in anticipation including a double shelve unit and a single unit, great for keeping cloths uncreased and away from moths or store food away from the bugs!
