Beautiful Victorian style dolls house from Dolls House Emporium, 1/12 scale. Partially furnished. It includes lights and transformer for the electric lighting to be re-installed. This is not a toy for young children, suitable from about 12 years as a hobby. My partially assembled dolls house called "The Manor House"

For Sale. My partially assembled dolls house called "The Manor House" it was bought from the "Dolls House Emporium" many years ago in a kit form. I intended to assemble it for my wife, I have got the main carcase together but that is about it. See the photos. Everything is still there to be fitted, stairs windows doors etc.. Time seems to be flying by and I have lost the enthusiasm to do it. You will have to pretty well do the lot apart from the walls and floors. It is pretty big approx 3ft wide 3ft high and 18inches deep. There are a few extras such as wallpaper, flooring, electrics, glue will go with it but may not be to your liking It would make a nice little project for someone who has small grand children growing up, and is pretty handy with with their hands. Good quality collectors dolls house - 4 storey townhouse with balcony. Partially furnished, as shown in pictures. All furniture in good condition, some small stains on white-upholstered chairs. Fully lit apart from bedroom on third floor - should be an easy job, you just need to choose a light! Plug needs replacing to get lights to work, on the dollshouse emporium this is either £ for a mains adapter or £ for a battery holder. Lights have all been carefully fitted so no wires show inside. Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof. It has working lights in every room, plus a working table lamp, also a working fireplace. There are 3 floors, all of which are carpeted, and wallpapered.
