Outwell Bear Lake 4 tent, with a groundsheet, which keeps the underside of the tent clean and a carpet. This tent is in excellent condition with no rips or leaks. It is a family sized 4 person tent, easily able to withstand strong winds and stormy weather, thanks to the steel poles and polycotton fabric. There are 2 sleeping compartments in the removable inner tent, which can be opened out to make one large sleeping area. The living space is generous and a zip-on front porch provides more sheltered space. As this tent is very heavy, postage would not be an option. Outwell Bear Lake 4 Polycotton tent with footprint, zipped in groundsheet and carpet

I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake.
