This is a really superb outwell bear lake 6 family tent in excellent condition, no rips or tears and has hardly been used, can easily sleep up to 6 people and has a large living area (allows full height standing throughout) It comes complete with an additional front extension/porch, carpet & the sale also includes the other camping items as seen in the photo, e.g. heater, stove, electric hook up etc. also in excellent condition, really easy to erect and strong, it's poly cotton fabric is robust and makes it comfortable (keeps it warmer in the cold weather and cooler on hot sunny mornings).
