I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake. Wolf lake 7 polycotton tent

Wolf lake 7 polycotton tent in good condition. We had a mouse bite holes in the tent a couple of years back but we have had the tent professionally mended by a bell tent maker. You only see the patches from inside the tent, they are not visible from the outside. All poles are in good condition with no bends, however 2 elastics have just snapped in two poles, this does not affect the efficiency of the poles they are there for ease of assembly. This is a large and heavy tent which will need 2 adults to put up. Once up the polycotton fabric will keep you dry in the rain, warm in the wind and cool in the heat. It is a very sturdy tent. It has a zipped in ground sheet for added warmth. We also bought an extra ground sheet to protect the zipped one from dirt. It also comes with a carpet for comfort. The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay. Cash on collection only Below is the manufacturers description: The Outwell Niagara Falls is the smallest of the new, super-luxurious Outwell Ambiente 100% cotton tunnel tents. The Niagara Falls sleeps five people in a 3+2 formation but the central zip-in divider can be removed to change the formation to an open five. In addition, because the bedroom inner is also Universal inner tent, the 2-berth pod can be completely removed to create additional living space. The breathable polyester inner also features a striking striped pattern which beautifully compliments to colouring of the main tent. The bedrooms lead out into the main living space which measures a full 350cm x 180cm and so will provide you with plenty of room for table and chairs, storage units, etc. The living space features a zipped-in PVC tarpaulin groundsheet (mm HH) which also runs beneath the bedroom inners.
