Wolf lake 7 polycotton tent in good condition. We had a mouse bite holes in the tent a couple of years back but we have had the tent professionally mended by a bell tent maker. You only see the patches from inside the tent, they are not visible from the outside. All poles are in good condition with no bends, however 2 elastics have just snapped in two poles, this does not affect the efficiency of the poles they are there for ease of assembly. This is a large and heavy tent which will need 2 adults to put up. Once up the polycotton fabric will keep you dry in the rain, warm in the wind and cool in the heat. It is a very sturdy tent. It has a zipped in ground sheet for added warmth. We also bought an extra ground sheet to protect the zipped one from dirt. It also comes with a carpet for comfort. These still sell at £, the most amazing tent, made from Polycotton so warm in cold weather, cool in hot. Complete with zip in ground sheet, carpet and footprint. There is also a ground sheet that fits under the front canopy. Only used approx for 4/5 short camping trips. The carpet is brand new. We have now stopped camping so sadly selling this amazing tent. OUTWELL BEAR LAKE 6 TENT - £250 BARGAIN! Superb family size Poly cotton tent, selling only because it is too big for my needs. Made from poly cotton and is great at temperature management (not too hot in the day). Anyone who is looking for one of these tents knows just what fantastic quality they are. The King of tents! Very spacious with 2 separate sleeping compartments (4+2), a large living space with plenty of windows with curtains. Zip in bathtub, very thick groundsheet. 2 side doors and a very handy large covered porch area. The tent is in very good condition with there are just a couple of minor issues to note: • A ripped seam on inner sleeping compartment has been neatly re-stitched. It is practically unnoticeable and doesn’t affect the tent’s performance in any way. • Elastic in one of the poles section has snapped, again this doesn’t affect the tent’s performance and can still be easily erected. • Zip on front porch door needs attention as it catches when opening and closing. It is still usable and can be closed fully but if using the tent regularly, would probably want to consider replacing it. I was quoted £35 for a new zip and £20 for labour by a local company. The low selling price takes this into account. Please note that these tents are quite heavy - tent 26kg, poles 29kg. Pack size: tent 40cmx101cm, Poles 24cm x 100cm.
