Cash on collection only Below is the manufacturers description: The Outwell Niagara Falls is the smallest of the new, super-luxurious Outwell Ambiente 100% cotton tunnel tents. The Niagara Falls sleeps five people in a 3+2 formation but the central zip-in divider can be removed to change the formation to an open five. In addition, because the bedroom inner is also Universal inner tent, the 2-berth pod can be completely removed to create additional living space. The breathable polyester inner also features a striking striped pattern which beautifully compliments to colouring of the main tent. The bedrooms lead out into the main living space which measures a full 350cm x 180cm and so will provide you with plenty of room for table and chairs, storage units, etc. The living space features a zipped-in PVC tarpaulin groundsheet (mm HH) which also runs beneath the bedroom inners. A zip-in groundsheet enables to you easily remove it at the end of a holiday for cleaning and for no-hassle storage. Off the living space is a roll-up side door with mesh double door so you can keep the door open on hot days but still keep out flying insects. Through a dividing panel doorway beyond the main living area is the large front porch area which is fully enclosed and also features a zip-in PVC tarpaulin groundsheet. This area features 2 large tinted windows. Tinted windows will reduce the glare of the sun on hot days (reducing the internal temperature) and also provide you with that extra little bit of privacy. All of the tinted windows in the Yosemite Falls feature zip-up privacy covers which means you can regulate how much sunlight and/or privacy you require and large mesh vents above the windows which can be regulated from the outside of the tent. There are also two hanging rails positioned either side of this area which are ideal for hanging towels, wet beachwear, etc. The large inverted ‘U’ shaped front door can be unzipped and rolled to one side or completely removed to make the front room into a front porch area. The front door also features a tinted window and mesh vent. The specifications of the tent include a high quality Outtex 100% Ripstop Cotton fabric flysheet that is highly breathable and will keep the inside of the tent cool on hot days and warm on cold. The poles are #mm alloy pole that are both extremely strong but also extremely lightweight. On pitching, the poles are fed into the flysheet from the outside but the pole sleeves are actually on the inside of the flysheet. This means that apart from the exterior profile of the tent appearing very smooth and it also aids the stiffening of the entire structure. Additional features of the Outwell Niagara Falls include the Floating Guyline System (2-part guylines colour co-ordinated at the top to blend with the tent and fluorescent at the bottom to stop being a tripping hazard); guyline retainers; low level lights; heavy duty Outwell zips; Outwell doormat; reinforced patches on all stress points; central lamp holder plus cable tidies; organiser pockets at front of inners; mesh pockets inside the inners. Outwell called this their Palace in Cotton. It's ripstop cotton, and they do not use as high quality cotton any more. This was bought brand new in , by us, and has only been used for 11 nights each year, only in France. Always packed dry, and stored indoors. OUTWELL Hawaii Reef Polycotton Tent - 5 Man Person Family Camping Tent Cost £ Similar to Vango

The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay. OUTWELL BEAR LAKE 6 TENT - £250 BARGAIN! Superb family size Poly cotton tent, selling only because it is too big for my needs. Made from poly cotton and is great at temperature management (not too hot in the day). Anyone who is looking for one of these tents knows just what fantastic quality they are. The King of tents! Very spacious with 2 separate sleeping compartments (4+2), a large living space with plenty of windows with curtains. Zip in bathtub, very thick groundsheet. 2 side doors and a very handy large covered porch area. The tent is in very good condition with there are just a couple of minor issues to note: • A ripped seam on inner sleeping compartment has been neatly re-stitched. It is practically unnoticeable and doesn’t affect the tent’s performance in any way. • Elastic in one of the poles section has snapped, again this doesn’t affect the tent’s performance and can still be easily erected. • Zip on front porch door needs attention as it catches when opening and closing. It is still usable and can be closed fully but if using the tent regularly, would probably want to consider replacing it. I was quoted £35 for a new zip and £20 for labour by a local company. The low selling price takes this into account. Please note that these tents are quite heavy - tent 26kg, poles 29kg. Pack size: tent 40cmx101cm, Poles 24cm x 100cm. LARGE VICTORIAN AQUATINT ETCHING OF NIAGARA FALLS FRAMED in

Victorian large framed and glazed aquatint etching of Niagara Falls published in by Ackerman & Co, 96 Strand, London, mounted in later frame approx size 36 inches ( cms) x inches (71.8 cms). This is a genuine pressing from a printing plate, NOT a printed facsimile. It is difficult to photograph due to reflections on the glass, but it is a nice clean etching with no foxing on it. The reason for sale is that we are downsizing to move. Cash on collection (no cheques, thanks) from Southampton, so you can ensure you are happy with it before you buy.
