This is a REAL family tent. It sleeps up to 10 people in up to 4 bedrooms. There are only usually 4 or 5 of us and a dog and we have plenty of room. It is in immaculate condition. It comes complete with an Outwell Maryland XL footprint to protect the ground sheet and there is another footprint too - to help ease out the lumps and bumps of the ground. It also has a matching Outwell carpet for the living area. The Outwell Maryland XL is for families who value high quality, comfort and design. With its two-tone mocca colour with co-ordinating stripes and artistic AvantGarde print exterior is fantastic for the fashion conscious camper. The tent has sleeping space for 10 people with two 3 and 2 berth inner tents. The spacious central living area is amazing and a massive 410cm x 320cm. It features the Outwell sealed ground system and is supplemented by the extra large porch that comes with a detachable bathtub groundsheet. Also included in this sale is the separate Maryland footprint groundsheet. Additional features include large windows with curtains, skylights, drying rail on one side of the porch area, organiser pockets and pre-attached and adjustable inners.. OUTWELL HARFORD XL FAMILY TENT

OUTWELL HARFORD XL 6-9 person tent. Owned from new. Comes with internal pods for the 3 separate bedroom and a "footprint" carpet fitted for the large communal area. Tent has been used for summer camping trips in Scotland and is more than able to cope with the mixed weather we get! It has always been been stored dry and has not been used last 2 years. It's a brilliant tent and has loads of space, can easily stand up inside, please check reviews online for full description etc. There are 2 small things to note. One is repair to ground sheet done with tape. Something ate a couple of small holes in the groundsheet while we were camped in aviemore. The repair does not affect the performance of the tent and it is still waterproof. You could also use a separate groundsheet or tarpaulin under to provide an extra layer between tent and ground (not included) Also one pole section has a small split. OUTWELL Hawaii Reef Polycotton Tent - 5 Man Person Family Camping Tent Cost £ Similar to Vango

The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay.
