The Outwell Maryland XL is for families who value high quality, comfort and design. With its two-tone mocca colour with co-ordinating stripes and artistic AvantGarde print exterior is fantastic for the fashion conscious camper. The tent has sleeping space for 10 people with two 3 and 2 berth inner tents. The spacious central living area is amazing and a massive 410cm x 320cm. It features the Outwell sealed ground system and is supplemented by the extra large porch that comes with a detachable bathtub groundsheet. Also included in this sale is the separate Maryland footprint groundsheet. Additional features include large windows with curtains, skylights, drying rail on one side of the porch area, organiser pockets and pre-attached and adjustable inners.. The tent can be stored away in its own heavy duty holdall with the tent poles in a separate covered bag. The tent is in a good used condition. From memory there was one very small repair patch on the roof and one of the tog fasteners to one of the bedroom pods was missing. This did not affect the pod at all. This is a REAL family tent. It sleeps up to 10 people in up to 4 bedrooms. There are only usually 4 or 5 of us and a dog and we have plenty of room. It is in immaculate condition. It comes complete with an Outwell Maryland XL footprint to protect the ground sheet and there is another footprint too - to help ease out the lumps and bumps of the ground. It also has a matching Outwell carpet for the living area. I am reducing the price of this tent for a quick sale. The full package cost about £ when we bought it so this is a real bargain. This is a large tent which sleeps up to 10 people. It has only been used 3 times and is in excellent condition. We bought the front extension so that all of our kitchen equipment could be kept away from the main living area. It also means that the main living area can stay clean and dry if there is wet weather. My favourite feature is the large space in the centre which is great for young children to play, dining or socialising with friends from other tents etc. The sleeping pods are also far enough away from each other for friends/families to share.Reviews and dimensions are all available online.
